Bowled Out

Part - 11

Yash's POV
Two months flee in a flash and we won  test series, one day and T20 too. So team is flying back to India. I am back to home with no little idea what to do with Lavanya. Mom told Lavanya is at her friend's place until I am back. I should see how long it goes.

I reached home at around 10pm and mom, dad no one there at home. I am about to climb stairs, heard noise from kitchen and to see my dear wife cooking something. She is gorgeous even with her apron on casual jeans and T-shirt. Just wanted to hug her and rip off the apron and t-shirt. Lavnya turned to see me.
Lav - " Hi.,sorry I didn't notice you. Mom and dad are out of town to attend a wedding. They will be back in a week or something. Till that time you have to live on my food(winked) "
In a fraction of moment I grabbed her and pulled her to my chest.
Lav -" What is this Yash? What's wrong? Leave me"
"Why? You were too bold on your calls. I thought I may get much more when I am back. But all you offering is the food. I am disappointed wifey"
I was talking near her ears making sure that my lips touches her skin. Lavanya is all red. I have decided whoever she is let's face whatever happens in the future but to enjoy the moment.
Lav - " This is how you want to play husband. Don't challenge me. I play too well and disappear without a trace. Your heart may be too weak to handle that.So better back off."
"Okay let's see what is there for us in the future. How is your project going on. All good with Abhishek? " I winked.
Lav - " Yes project is about to finish. Modelling for testing. It's all going good. Abhi is fine. Tomorrow I have to go out. I will inform Shanthamma to take care of your food"
"Tomorrow is holiday na?? Where are you going? "
Lav - " Have some personal work"
We had our food and left to sleep. Next morning when I woke up she already left. I didn't bother much and had my food started to watch TV. Around 3pm got call my private investigator "Hi Yash"
"Hi Varun, I was about to call you and tell you to stop the background check on my wife"
"Yash, I called you for the same, there is no much info. But today your wife is spotted with Dilip Shah, the owner of steel manufacturing industries. There is a rumour that his marriage is fixed and no one knows about the girl. I suspect the girl would be  your wife Yash"
Mobile fell off my hand. Sharp pain started to erupt in my chest. This is the least expected out of all  the possibilities. I thought I might still have a chance to continue with her. But I am married to someone's fiancee. He is the owner of my ipl team and kind of friend. I can't handle this. I will go mad at this rate. She is a bad influence to me. I should get out of this mess immediately otherwise I will end up myself.
