Mingyu stopped his legs as he finally reached the last place, the cinema, where he and Wonwoo met as a lover. He still remembered the day very clearly. Wonwoo was excited about watching a boring romance movie and he teased him for being such a girl. Mingyu held up his hands which he used to pinch Wonwoo's puffed cheeks and pulled him into an embrace back then, looking at them with sad eyes. He only let out a sad smile as he remembered the scene.

They would had a romantic date together when a phone call from Jeonghan destroyed everything. He clenched his fist tight as he remembered the scene of crying Wonwoo on the floor, begging him to not go. And Mingyu felt like a bastard, a total jerk for leaving him alone. It must be the most humiliating moment for Wonwoo in his life.

Wonwoo shifted uncomfortably on his couch, his fingers busy pressing random buttons on TV remote, trying to find a good channel to distract him. He glanced at the clock. "2 hours left before midnight..."

Wonwoo turned the TV off before he made his way to his bedroom. He threw himself to the bed, hugging his pillow tight. "What should I do?"

Wonwoo closed his eyes again, trying to remember Mingyu's words.

"I finally realized that I've been fallen in love for you for a while already, but stupid me didn't realize it until now. I love Jeonghan as a friend now, not more than that."

"You're the only one inside my heart right now. I can't stop thinking about you since then, it just like I couldn't get you off my mind. I want to be with you, forever."

"I love you, Jeon Wonwoo. Will you be mine again? Will you give me a second chance? I promise I will erase all those hurt, betrayed feeling and dissappointment in your heart. I will replace all those feelings with my love and affection. I'm really sorry. Please?"

"Can I believe you this time, Kim Mingyu?"

~~~~~*****~~~~~
The cinema has already closed. All lamps has turned off, and there's only the moonlight illuminating the area. Everyone has gone to their own home. There was no one but only Mingyu there on the dark and quiet closed cinema. Mingyu rubbed his hands together and pulled his coat tighter around himself when the night breeze blowing through him. It's really damn cold.
Mingyu looked left and right, but there was still no sight of Wonwoo and it's already almost a hour past midnight. He let out a loud sigh, before he laughed out loud in pathetic way. "So, Wonwoo doesn't want to be with me anymore, huh? I've hurt him too much it seems, that's why he doesn't want to give another chance to a jerk like me to fix it up."
Mingyu kept laughing for a while before the laugh changed into sobs. "But no, I can't... I'm not ready to lose Wonwoo forever... I want him back... I can't let him go like this... I can't live without him.." Mingyu punched the wall behind him hard. "Why... Why can't I realize this sooner? I... I love him... I really love him..."
As the words left his lips, soon few drops of tears started to flow down Mingyu's cheeks. He wiped the tears off with his hand, and he stared at tears on his palm in disbelief. He couldn't believe it, he never cried before. He's a strong person, a damn cold–hearted person, that'd never shed any tears for anything.
But now, he cried for a single person. Hell he didn't even cry when he broke up with Jeonghan, but now he was crying because of Wonwoo.
"What's this? Am I crying? No, I'm not." Mingyu shook his head, he wiped the tears which still flowing down on his cheeks. But as he wiped and wiped it, more tears were flowing down. "Damn it, stop crying, Kim Mingyu. You're so embarrassing."
Just when Mingyu didn't know what to do to stop the tears, suddenly a hand reached out to help him wipe his tears out of nowhere. And when he lifted his head up, he gasped at the person right in front of him.
"Look at you, Gyu... What have you done to yourself?" The owner of the hand said with the voice Mingyu missed so much, like he haven't heard it for a long time already. "Why are you crying?"
"Jeon Wonwoo..." Mingyu sobbed weakly. He grabbed Wonwoo's hand which still on his cheek and he intertwined their fingers together, glad Wonwoo didn't pull his hand away though. "You're here..."
Wonwoo let out a small smile. "Yes... Because I've been thinking... That no matter what you've done to me, no matter what is your feelings for me right now, no matter what happens, I just can't stop loving you, Mingyu. I can't and I won't get rid off my feelings for you. I love you so damn much... Call me a fool for keep loving you after everything you've had done to me, but I can't get rid of my feeling just like that."
"Wonwoo, I–"
"Shh, let me finish first." Wonwoo put his index finger on Mingyu's lips to stop him speak more. "You know the reason why I chose to came late? Because I want to know if you were serious about what you've said to me, if you would still waiting for me or give up when I wasn't showing up. But now, the fact that you're still here, still waiting for me, and even shed some tears like this, I finally know that you weren't lying at all."
"That's why..." Wonwoo took a deep breath and gazed at Mingyu's teary eyes deeply. "Please prove it that you really love me, that you will truly cherish me this time. Prove it that I'm not making a wrong decision."
"Are you saying you're giving me another chance?" Mingyu asked.
"It's not just an another chance, but it's the last chance for you."
Mingyu sighed in relief. "Oh God... Thank you, Wonwoo. I promise you, I'll never ever make you cry again. I'll never let you alone again, I'll stay by your side. You will be the one who will own my heart for the rest of my life. I'm not going to waste the last chance you gave to me, Jeon Wonwoo."
"You better keep your words, Kim Mingyu." Wonwoo smiled, and Mingyu did the same too. Finally Mingyu had seen Wonwoo's smile so genuinely and it made him relieved. He thought he had made Wonwoo's cute smile disappeared forever from the latter's face.
"I will." Mingyu grinned. He cupped Wonwoo's chin in his hand, lifting his face upward and slowly leaned closer to him. "I love you, Jeon Wonwoo."
"I love you too." Wonwoo giggled, before he closed his eyes as Mingyu's lips touched his.
From that day on, Mingyu swore he would never repeat the same mistake ever again. He promised he would love Wonwoo, protect Wonwoo and cherish Wonwoo forever.
