My eyes flutter open, and I take a minute realize where I'm at. I look over to my right and see all of my friends. They I look to my left to see Tara sitting there awake.

"Tara? Are we dead?"

I hear a chuckle, "Nope, more than alive." Mindy smiles.

I grin, but it doesn't last long because it sends a pain through my face. I look in front of me at a mirror and see I have several stitches in my face. I feel a hand on top of mine and look over to see Jasper.

"Hey." He smiles.

"Hi." I smile lightly but even that hurts, "Did uh- did they catch the killer?"

Everyone goes quiet and looks down at the floor. I sniffled a bit before looking at Tara. A tear runs down her cheek.

"Actually I have something to tell you guys." I say, sitting up on my bed, "We all know Stu Macher. Right?"

"The serial killer that the first Stab movie was based off? Billy Loomis's Friend." Chad asks,

I nod, I look at Tara and she nods, "Well we all know he didn't die because he was executed in 2002. But before he was executed he fell in love with one of the guards there. The guard evidently loved him to and a few months later she found out she was pregnant. He was executed three months before the baby was born." I stop, looking away trying not to cry, "His daughter was born April 15, 2002." I gulp, "Apparently Stu always liked the name Addison. But her friends call her Addie."

"Addie, what are you saying?" Claire asks.

I wipe a tear from my cheek, "I'm saying I'm Stu Macher's daughter." I say blankly.

"What?" Liv scoffs, "How long have you known?"

"Since I was eleven. I see him sometimes. When I look in a mirror or something I can see myself in, I see him. I told my mom I see a man that has blood and scars all over him. My mom didn't believe me until I came home in sixth grade crying cause we learned about Stu and Billy in class." I gulp, "I remember telling my mom that Stu remembers her, and that he misses her."

"W-Why didn't you tell us?" Tanner asks.

"Are you kidding?" Amber scoffs, "Hello being the daughter of a famous serial killer doesn't exactly have friends written all over it."

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you guys." I sniffle, "I was scared that people would see me like they saw him, and I didn't want to lose any of you."

"Hey, it's okay." Tanner places a hand on my cleg but as soon as Jasper looks at him he moves it back, "We aren't mad."

"Yeah, I mean, it freaks me out you see your dad but hey we all have something weird going on with us." Chad chuckles.

I laugh a bit, "Has the killer gotten anyone else?" I ask.

"Not yet, they've been searching like crazy." Amber sighs.

I bite my lip, almost as if Tanner could read my mind, "There's guards on every corner, and guarding the elevator. You're safe."

"Yeah and we don't plan on going anywhere." Claire sits on the edge of the bed, "We've all agreed to take turns watching you guys. To people at a time."

I smile softly, patting her hand.

"I can stay first." Jasper offers, "I mean I am the boyfriend."

"I'll stay to." Tanner gulps, "If that's okay." He looks at Tara and then me.

Tara nods, as do I.

"Alright it's settled. But does anyone know where Sam went?" Mindy asks.

"Sam was here?"

"Yeah her and I got into an argument before you awoke." Tara nods, "She's probably on her way out of town."

I frown, I point at the remote and Claire hands it to me. The news shows up and both Tara and I's photos are on it. I sigh, changing the channel.

"Okay I'm gonna take off. I've got some stuff at home I gotta handle." Amber states, "Get better okay?"

"I'll come switch shifts with you Jasper. How's an hour?" Claire asks.

"Sounds good." Jasper nods.

"Tanner you want me to come in an hour to?" Chad asks.

Tanner shakes his head, "It's okay, my moms not home anyway so I don't really have anything else to do."

"Sounds good." Chad pats his shoulder.

I scoot over to make room for Jasper, patting his seat on the bed. He carefully climbs in next to me. I rest my head on his shoulder, closing my eyes and drifting to sleep.
