Izuku din't sleep well last night but that was normal for him, every night he loses control of his emotions and every thought he has rushes to him hitting him like a bullet, so it's obviouse that over time he stopped sleeping because of his thoughts

one of the alarms he set up suddenly brings him back to reality
he rushes to go to class thinking he was late and to his delight he was just in time

for some strange reason everyone was suddenly staring at him with widened eyes
