Julie's pov-
A few months after I had heard Luke singing undid Emily to his parents/mum i still couldn't get the lyrics:

write in every empty space the words "I love you" in replace

Out of  my mind and i had thought of something cute I could do for Luke, so i snuck into the garage where Reggie was fiddling with the strings on his guitar:

Julie " sorry to bother you reggie but do you know where Luke's journal is ?"
Reggie "why?"
Julie " do you just know where it is?"
Reggie "fine, it's by his guitar next to the piano on a pile of cloths on the floor"
Julie "why is there clothes on the floor?, never mind, thanks reg!"

I picked it up and ran out of the garage into my room as fast as i could so Luke and Alex don't come back and see me with it, i grab my black pen of the top of my dresser and flunked onto my bed and started writing.

Around 10 minuets later I had written "I love you" at least 30 times on one corner of the next page when someone taps on the door,I hide the journal under my sheets.

Luke "hey love."
Julie " hey"
Luke "have you seen my journal ?"
Julie "journal?"
Luke "the one i write all my lyrics in, idiot"
Julie, with my mouth widened "how dare you, and no I haven't seen it"
Luke "ok" and gives me a gentle kiss on my head and then leaves

I wip out the journal again and start writing, around 30 minutes later I had almost finished
I stood up to go and grab my red glittery gel pen for the last "I love you" in the middle of the page.

I finish by adding a little love heart underneath it in red then try to return his journal with nobody noticing.

I get down to the garage and see Reggie and Alex on the couch just talking, no sign of Luke, Alex looks up at me and smiles the looks at Reggie

Alex "what were you doing with Luke's journal, huh?"
Julie "REGGIE!"
Reggie "sorry" he shrugs and looks over at Alex who was still looking at me
Julie " nothing just trying to put it back at the moment"
"where is Luke anyways?" Putting the book down in the pile of clothes where I found it but just slightly more hidden so it didn't look suspicious
Alex "looking for his journal outside."
Reggie "thanks to you jules"
Julie "ok, if he asks I was never here OK?"

They both nod and I walk out only to see Luke scrambling around in the bushes for his journal.

Julie "still looking for the journal, huh"
Luke "yeah, I just don't know where it could of gone"
Julie "like some help?"
Luke "yes please!"

We looked around for a bit but it started to get dark and I went back inside, Luke continued looking though but inside the garage

The next morning I woke up to a little note from him saying I love you in the same red glittery gel pen I used and when I went into the garage after I had gotten ready to rehearse he kissed me and we shared a long gaze ❤️ (I didn't really know how to finish it)
