Mothers day

Julie was on the roof just outside of her window, she climbed out there to talk to her mum.
It's Mother's Day after all
The guys new she would be sensitive so left her alone most of the day, though Luke didn't want to

Julie:
"I miss you mum" she says a tear rolling down her cheek
"I would catch you up but you would know if your watching, I wish you were hear. Writing songs with Luke is so magical but I miss writing them with you" she lowers her voice so her dad or Carlos didn't hear, "I love him you know, Luke. thank you for bringing them to me"

The guys were listening in on her, her room is right next to the garage so they could hear every word.

Alex "oof"
Reggie "I bet her mum is so proud" he said in a hush tone
Alex "yeah, I know I would be"
there was a long silence before Luke said "I'm going to go talk to her"
Alex "no, Luke."
Reggie "let her have a moment"
Luke "I'm sorry, I have to"

Luke rushes into the house and straight to her room
when he gets there he walks really slowly to the window, tapping gently on it to let her know he was there
Julie sat up wiping her eyes with her sleeve
Luke climes out and slowly makes his way over to her, putting his arm around her bringing her into a hug

They sit in silence for some time before she says
"Your mum seemed like a great women"
Julie smiled
Luke "tell me about her?"
Julie "she used to work in the Hollywood club scene, around the time that you, you know.that's why I thought you might have known her."
"Have you got a picture of her? We might have seen her" Luke said slowly

Julie pulled out her phone and started scrolling through her camera roll, scrolling past all of the photos of her and Luke and the ones with the guys messing around in rehearsal, when she came to a photo of her mom

She turned the phone to Luke handing him it

"Is that- I mean" "Give me a second" he said grabbing Julie's hand and directing her to the garage, Luke shows the guys the photo

"Is this-"
Luke was cut of
Reggie said quietly
"That's, that's your mum?" He said slowly pointing his eyes to Julie
"Yeah, why you guys are scaring me" Julie said
"That's the girl- the night we died she was there" Alex said
"Reggie gave her our cd and a a t shirt" Luke said quietly
"Oh, my, god" Julie said slumping down on the sofa
"Thats why your here"
