Chapter 9: Scott's New New Girl

At Night, In Stephen's House, Y/N was sitting at the couch, where her brother Scott was tuning his guitar.

"Hey Scott, where's knives?" Y/N asked him while eating a bag of popcorn.

"Oh, we break up today so..Hey! I learned this bass from Final Fantasy 2!" Scott start playing the tune with his bass guitar.

"Wait what?" Y/N was shocked when you heard the news from your brother.

"Scott, you are the salt of the Earth. Actually scratch that, you are the scum of the Earth." Kim insulted him, as you secretly agreed with her.

"Thanks." He smiled taking the insult from Kim, but you knew he felt bad about what he did.

"You broke up with knives?" Young Neil asked looking at your brother.

"Yeah...but don't worry, maybe soon you'll meet my new new girlfriend." Scott announced which confused about his "new" new girlfriend.

'I'm getting the feeling of who it might be.' You thought as you see Kim using her fingers pretending to shoot herself.

"Okay from here on out, no girlfriends or girlfriend talk at practice! Rather they're old, new, or new new!" Stephen announced to bring the new rule in this house.

"He's right guys, I mean you all survived the last round from the band. We can show those other rockers of who's the boss here! Got it?!" Y/N stands up from the couch praising to everyone here with encouragement, while made them nodded with you.

"Okay!" Scott said as now your bandmate friends start playing a different song, when suddenly you guys hear a doorbell ring.

"That's for me!" Scott stopped playing his bass guitar before running towards the front door to reveal to your guess, Ramona Flowers.

"Hey! You're here." Scott greeted her and Y/N look over to see Ramona outside the front door.

"Yes. Like you said." You heard Ramona speaking but you couldn't hear what she is from the other side.

Scott lets her walk inside the house, as you can see the difference between back then and now to notice her hair color from pink to now blue.

"You know your hair is blue now right?" Scott questioned her about her hair color.

"Yep, I change it every week and a half, so get use to it." Ramona responded while moving her hair behind her ear.

"I like it! It looks great on you Ramona!" Y/N complimenting her with a smile on her face.

"Thanks." Ramona accept your compliments smiling at you and you thought you saw her blushing a little, which confuses you.

"Sooo..how do you guys know each other?" Ramona asked your friends about how they met Scott. You didn't say anything since she knows that you're his sister.

"Me and Stephen met in high school, I guess." Neil explained to her while Stephen agrees with him.

"What Neil said." Stephen spoke for him while staring at Ramona.

"I'm Neil!" He waved at her, as you giggled from his enthusiasm.

"Believe it or not, I actually dated scott back in high school." Kim said to Ramona while playing with her drums.

"Got any embarrassing stories?" Ramona asked Kim being curious about it.

"Yeah, he's an idiot." Kim dropped her smiled glaring at him.

"Don't worry about her, Ramona. What's past is in the past, right Kim?" Y/N comforts Kim placed your hand on her shoulder, which made her smile, thanked you.

"Ok bye, see you guys tomorrow!" Scott has his jacket on along with his hat, as he dragged Ramona out of the house.

"Wait! What about rehearsal?" Stephen asked Scott as he saw him leaving.

"Neil knows my part, bye!" Scott closes the door behind him as silence fills up the room, until Neil spokes. "I'm neil."

An hour later, Y/N was in her oom reading a book when suddenly her phone rang. You answered the call. "Hello?"

"Hello there princess~. We've meet again." You hear a familiar male voice from the call.

"Who is this?" You asked standing up from the chair having a worried face.

"Awww you don't recognize me? I'm hurt~. It's me, Tate~." He said as you immediately remembered about the day you and Tate meet.

"I remember now, I know you from the alley way." Y/N told him while holding your phone.

"I'm glad you remember me~." You can tell he was smirking from the other side of the call.

"What do you want? And how did you get my number?" You asked him wonder how he can reach you.

"I have my resources, princess~. Now I'm here to tell you about your brother." Tate said as he was sitting down on his chair.

"What about my brother?" You asked then you a bad feeling about something will happen to him.

"He will have another battle with Ramona's evil ex, but I can't tell you who, so you have to find out yourself. Oh and someone will call you after this whole conversation. Til we meet again~." He then mentioned about evil exes before he hung up the call.

"Wait! Damnit!" You cursed yourself out loud before your phone start ringing again.

"Hello?" You answered the call, but this time it was Wallace's voice.

"Heeeey Y/N, listen I'm going to the Casa Loma Castle where my favorite actor has a movie set there and I was wondering if you want to join me there?" Wallace asked you while calling you on the phone.

"Sure, I'll be ready in 5 minutes" you accepted his invitation in the call.

"Cool, see you there." He then hung up the phone.

'Hmmm I don't know what this Tate guy mean about battling evil exes...but I will find out.' Y/N thought as you start changing clothes to get ready for the battle.
