Chapter 2: You Know Wallace

Next Morning, Y/N is walking across the street from her place to see yours and your brother's friend named Wallace. You didn't care about the fact that he's gay, so you accepted him for who he is and that's why he accepts you as a friend as well.

'I wonder how Scott and knives's date go? Oh well' Y/N thought about them since Scott left the house this morning to hang out with her.

You knock on the door, hearing a fainted voice from the inside, "Coming!"

Suddenly a door open to reveal your friend Wallace with a tired face, "Heeey N/N."

"Hi Wally" Y/N says before giving him a hug.

"What brings you here?" Wallace spoke before letting you inside his place.

"Well just being bored since my idiotic brother is with his date." You step inside sitting down on the couch.

"Oh? Scott has a girlfriend now?" Wallace asked as you nodded, "Yep, don't tell him that I told you that, ok?"

"Relax N/N, my lips are sealed." He said pretend to zip his mouth shut.

"I know you Wally, every time Scott and I tell you our secrets, you always tell people." You respond as you know Wallace for a long time.

He pat your head softly before saying, "You know me."

Few hours later, Y/N and Wallace are playing Uno when suddenly Scott opens the door walk inside. "Hey what's up guys?"

"Sup bro?" You waved at him before putting the cards away.

"Nothing much. And before you start saying dirty lies from someone else, yes I'm dating a 17 year old." Scott says directly to Wallace, who start reading a newspaper.

"Awww is he cute?" Wallace ask to tease your brother, which made Y/N slap his arm playfully, "Seriously Wally, be nice for once!"

Wallace rolled his eyes before holding his newspaper. Scott thanked you before going to the bathroom to take 'number 1'.

Few minutes later, Scott walk out of the bathroom, "Sooo...the whole 17 year old thing, don't talk too many people."

"Hey, you know me." Wallace says as soon as he open his phone to text someone.

"Wallace? Who are you texting?" Y/N questioned him when suddenly the home phone rang, "I'll get it!"

You grabbed the phone to answer, hearing a girl voice, who is other than your little sister, Stacey, "Hey N/N! Is it true that Scott is dating a 17 year old?!"

"I guess, did Wallace told you?" Y/N sighed knowing who told her.

"Yeah, duh!" Stacey answered in a sarcastic way.

'Omg that gossiping bitch' You thought while giving Wallace a glare, which he respond with a smirk on his face.

"Is Scott here with you? I want to talk to him!" Stacey asked about Scott's whereabout.

"Yeah, hold up." Y/N tells her before pulling your ear away from the phone, "SCOTT, PHONE CALL FOR YOU!!"

"Wait what?" Scott asked before you give the phone to him so he can talk to our sister.

Y/N decided to let them have a private talk, so you went to the kitchen to have some ramen noodles for dinner. You have been single for as long as you live since your break up in high school, which is 3 years ago.

'Scott is lucky to have someone...will I ever find my true love?' You thought while feeling lonely and alone...
