Crystal's POV
Soon after, the mentorship programme began. We looked through her edits and gave her feedback on how to do better. In return, she took those words of criticism to heart and actually improved her editing bit by bit.
Natalie's POV
Initially, I wasn't very keen on the programme. After all, the one in charge of the programme was my idol, yet I hurt her. I wasn't expecting all that kindness. After apologising, I decided to give it my best shot to improve my editing.Halfway through the mentoring sessions, I decided no longer to do as well as tenyaxtiara, but now to surpass her. After all, I do have the potential to do so.
One year later
Crystal's POV
Hi, I am Crystal once again. Despite being an editor, I was able to clinch the subject combination I want, while excelling in my extra curricular activities even more. In fact, I have been appointed the president for my CCA!As for editing, I have entered 2 out of 3 of my dream editing groups. I have also reached 1000 followers, all while balancing it with all my commitments.
11-year-old me never thought this could be done but yet I did it. I'm really proud of myself, and now I just have to look forward. Who knows what's next for me as an editor?
Natalie's POV
I'm Natalie once more and I have surpassed Crystal for real. I have 1500 followers now, and I managed to get into nearly every group I applied to.In real life, I finally found a group of friends who accepted me for who I was, embracing my love for anime. Turns out they themselves love anime. I really can't ask for more.
Things are finally looking up for me. I managed to score As for all my subjects for my end year exams last year. Next year, I want to do triple science, A Math and Literature to pursue a degree in literature. Triple Science and A Math... are just for more career options.
