Absolute zero. That's the first sensation that came to my mind. Until a fresh smelling gust of wind blew through me, it was simply amazing! My eyes were showered in light that was similar to the one earlier, only more peaceful. For some reason, I couldn't open my own eyes though. I felt the ground under my feet and other sensations but I've been unable to use my sense of sight. Is this the new stage of this world? I think I may be getting a hang of this, just a guess. I heard a "Hey! Hey!!" From a distance, I can tell it was coming nearer. It didn't sound like a being of authority, could they be stuck here too? The unknown voice kept on shouting hey, can they see me? What if they're just another actor? I sighed and said "Keep away from me! If you're in this world just figure things out on your own!" They kept insisting tho, little did I know they were behind me and my sense of sound got stronger but I've been stripped of the sense of sight. It makes sense now! "Hi! I'm Lino!" The same voice said behind me. I jumped and kicked whoever that was. I couldn't care less!

He said; "Hey hey! We're allies here! We're both just trying to get out of this place, please, at least cooperate!"

"Enlighten me, why should I trust you?" I asked.

"I've been here for a way longer time than you, stupid. You went through the door of eternity, you've been removed from the sense of sight. I went into the dystopian door, my sense of touch went bye. Don't worry though, I'm sure it's for this stage alone!"

I gave out a single nod, it sounds like he knows a thing or two about this place. I'll just use him to get out, or at least a travel companion. Things do get lonely and scary, not gonna lie. After an hour or so passed by, we did a bunch of Q&A on why we should trust each other. Finding an ally isn't always easy anyway. Lino even told me what the place surrounding me looked like, his description made sense so I just shook his hand as a sign of companionship throughout our journey. We thought of various ways to get my sight back, we tried everything except one. "There's spring water over to the northeastern side of the area. We could try that. Honestly, just try anything. The sense of sight is really important." Said Lino. I just gave a nod. A few hours later, we got there. I was only supposed to wash my eyes, but I just gave in and jumped into the spring. As I rose from the water, I opened my eyes only to be greeted by a beautiful scenery that came straight out of my most wonderful dreams. Lino got his senses back. I wondered about something. It can't be this easy, there has to be some kind of consequence.
