Hawks was in a meeting with other pro-heroes talking about their next ongoing mission. He was slumped back in his seat bored as ever, glancing at the clock hanging up on the wall, hearing it tick over and over, hawks pretty much muted out the pros he wanted to leave he didn't like sitting down for long periods of time he like to get out and fly, he was deep into his thoughts when he felt something strike his shoulder he snapped out of his little daze and looked to see endeavor standing in front of him.
"We did not bring you here to just sit and stare, boy" endeavor said in his usual nasty tone.
"Ah! I apologize endeavor-san, did you need me to do something for this mission?" hawks says scratching the back of his neck from nervousness.
Endeavor scoffs "Yes, we need you to find a way to get information of the League of villains, can you handle that" endeavor smeared
"Yes sir, I can handle that just fine" hawks said in a cheerful tone just like he always does. Endeavor then excused hawks from the meeting, he dashed out of the building he then took off flying fast and high into the air, hawks flew around the city thinking of ways to get this information endeavor desires, his thoughts were cut short as he saw a bright blue light in the corner of his eyes, it was lovely bright blue flames coming from the alleyway. Hawks landed onto a building a distance from the flamed villain and watched with curiosity, he didn't feel like he wanted to fight him like all the rest of the villains he encountered, his heart started pounding, his face felt red was he falling for this villain he only saw this glimpse of, maybe hawks was the type to fall in love fast but not this fast something was different about him. His name was dabi, hawks only saw news stories of this villain; he's never seen him up close before. He was staring at the villain fight and destroying some rookie villains that decided to attack him, his heart stopped for a moment when the villain's eyes locked with his then fled the scene. Hawks shook his head wondering what the hell he's thinking he cant fall for a villain, he took off again this time he flew back to his apartment and flopped down on his bed still in his hero gear he stared at the ceiling he couldn't stop thinking about the villain dabi. He felt weird but he couldn't quite put a finger on what he was feeling.
Was it love? Lust? Or maybe he just thought it was, maybe he didn't really like him, maybe it was just made up in his mind. Hawks decided to let it go for now, he had work to do, he got up and went into his small office he made in his apartment. He went on the computer and looked for ways to get information, but he couldn't find much until something caught his eye, online there was a website for people to join the LOV. hawks clicked into the website link, he pressed a join button and it popped up asking a lot of questions, he filled out every single one and even provided a picture of him just like the survey type thing asks. After he was done he waited and waited, for a while it was nothing until he heard his phone ding. He jolted up and looked at his phone it was an unknown number,
Unknown number: So #2? You really want to join the league? Very surprising.
Hawks: Yes I would, the league is so cool, unlike the toxic hero commission, tell you what, I can get information on the heroes and what their doing, I can be a good spy.
U: very well, I except, meet me by *********** at midnight, see you then birdie
Hawks set his phone down not replying to what this person last said, hawks was weary it was to easy, Hawks felt uneasy but some of the words this villain used were confusing, why would this villain call him birdie, hawks shook his head and walked to the kitchen and grabbed something to eat, hawks was impatiently waiting for midnight to strike so much so he decided to leave at least an half hour early to this place the villain wanted to meet in, hawks landed In front of a abandoned warehouse, he walked in it was quiet and eerie, he was on edge walking in a very tense way he constantly looked behind him not wanting to be jumped. The place seemed empty, hawks sat down on an old couch covered in a cloth and yet again waited impatiently about twenty minutes later the villain came in the building though a broken window, he was caught off guard from the hero being there before he was, the villain had a jacket on covering his face, he also had a hood on.
"Well, Well, You were that excited to meet me, huh? Never expected you to be early but yet again they call you japan's fastest hero" the villain said slyly
Hawks looked at the covered villain. His voice was deep and grumbly, unlike any voice he's heard before, hawks stood up and got into a defensive stance not knowing what the villain had planned.
"Relax birdie, I'm not here to hurt you, I wouldn't harm someone whos recruiting to be a villain that's just lack of manners to new coworkers" the villain chuckled removing his hood and jacket, revealing that he was the villain dabi, dabi threw his jacket to the side and looked at hawks and smirked.
Hawks's face went slightly red once he saw dabi's face. "Uh yeah right sorry, Just ya never know, right?" hawks stumble over his words from nervousness "Is it getting hot in here or is it just me" hawks nervously chuckling while putting a finger in his turtle neck and pulling it slightly away from his neck. Dabi's smirk grew as he saw the hero get so flustered from just seeing him.
"Well, I can tell that your serious about this, I was expecting heroes to swarm this place but yet none have come, what made you want to do this" dabi said just getting to the point of this whole meeting
"I'm tired of the control of the hero commission, I want to be free and do what i want, i want the hero commission to pay for what they did to me and what they did to another person" hawks says but that was all true but he never wanted to be a villain, he never wanted to follow in his fathers footsteps.
"I see, Well good enough reason for me, come, you have to meet the rest of the league now, they have no idea im doing this" Dabi said with a serious face. "Be prepared for the worst"
