I wake up to someone moving me and find Lo'ak looking at me.

Letting out a sigh, I ask, "What do you need?" He looks down and says, "Can you just sit with me for a minute?" I look up at him,, "Lo'ak, it's so early." He continues to stare at me

"Laya, please.",

I reply, "Okay, fine."

He sits beside me and pulls me close, and I simply close my eyes.

He says, "Laya, I'm so sorry."

I look up at him and say, "It's alright. I freaked out too, but I thought you liked Tsireya. She is super sweet."

He looks at me, surprised, and asks, "How do you know I like her and that she's 'super nice'?

" I look back at him and respond, "One, it's pretty obvious, and two, we had a talk yesterday on the beach. It was nice for someone to actually be kind here.

" He sighs, "I'm still sorry."

"It's alright, but you do need to apologize to Neteyam, okay?"

, "I will, I just don't know how. He never wants to listen to me." I let out a sigh and suggest, "Just pull him aside and say, 'I'm sorry for overreacting.

I'm sure he will appreciate it.

" Lo'ak smiles and agrees, saying, "Okay." I tell him, "Now, let's go back to sleep. I didn't even think about Neteyam being upset."

I groan when I notice the sunshine glaring on me. Wiping my eyes, I look around and realize everyone is gone, except for Neteyam.

I glance over, and he is sitting there, staring at me.

I look around and remember lo'ak slept beside of me last night

I try to say something, but he cuts me off, "Don't—"

Looking down, I say, "He was just upset—"

Neteyam interrupts, "Laya, I don't want to hear it."

I say  "You never do," I got up to get some water.

Neteyam looks up and asks, "What did you say?" I ignore him.

He asks, "Laya, what did you say?"

I try to walk past him, he blocks the entrance.

I look up at him and say, "I said you never want to listen. He was upset and apologized for acting out yesterday. You're taking everything out of context, and I just woke up. And You're already arguing with me."

"Laya, wait—" he starts to say,

"No, I don't want to hear it," and I walk out of the pod with a smile.

As I walked along the beach, I saw Kiri by the shoreline

She asked "Hey, are you okay?"

I replied, "Yeah, I'm fine, just tired."

She continued to walk out at the water, and I turned my head slightly, feeling a bit puzzled, but I decided to let it be.

I say, "Hey, I'm going to get some water. I'll be back." She nodded saying, "Okay.

As I walked towards the village, I said hey to Tsireya and got some water

As I was walking back, I noticed Kiri walking from the ocean.

But, my attention quickly shifted to a group of guys who were mocking her. It was on purpose I could tell from their gestures and one of them even touched her arm.
