Ok so practically this is an Au it's called
Devils child
No, no Odin did not become the son or any family member of the devil. I just needed a good name for it, but Odin is infact possessed by an evil demon in this one.
Let me give you a quick simple explanation.
In this au Odin has caught a kind of disease when he was younger well, not a sickness but wether a demon that had entered his body. Whilst the doctors were running some tests, the demon snuck into one of the syringes and replaced himself whit the liquid in it. Making it go right inside his body. After a few minutes Odin's dog form started to disappear only for the doctors though, as they claimed Odin had turned into the Devil. But he looked at himself not understanding why the Doctors and Scientists were suddenly so afraid of him and locking him up. His body was looking normal it was weird. As years passed and Odij grew older he learned to take Advantage of that certain fear they had for him.
Growing into the Criminal scene making it onto the 1st place of the most wanted criminals whit 2,7 Billion Bounty set for his head, he also had a few people along his way. Startle was just one of them Odin always wondered why it wasn't afraid of him but saw him like a brother or father figure. Only to later on find out that it saw him how he see's himself everyday in the mirror. Startle was not alone whit his ability, Loki, Odin's adopted son he found inside his void had also been able to see him like this. You may ask but why them. Why are only Startle and Loki able to see him like that? The answer is simple yet so complicated
If Odin grows attached to someone or something and the other person does aswell, he can make them see his weak form. His true form, his true self. But then you are questioning yet again what about
Odin and Doubter i mean they used to date could Doubter also see his true self?. For this one it's a no. In this universe they never dated before and Doubter hates Odin whit a burning passion. Not being able to understand him for anything he ever did or does.
Devil Odin can earn souls by killung someone and those souls keep him alive well not if someone killed him but they keep him from turning into millions of dust particles.
