OAKLEY:;
I found myself on the same dark road leading to my house.
My friends are shit. Total shit. Shitty friends.
"Cmon bro... she's weird!" I begged. Wadz was the only one showing sympathy, the rest brushed me off as if I was a stingy fly, persistent on pissing them off. I was starting to get pissed off by the second and nobody cared. "Let me out bro." I demanded, unbuckling my seatbelt making Jmar slam on the breaks. "Bro come on.." he smacked his lips. "I ain't goin if she's there" I told them. "Let him go. Acting like a pissy bitch" Anti spat towards me. "I'm the pissy bitch?" I chuckled in disbelief. "Yea! Don't wanna chill cus you're scared of a bitch!" He replied making me bitterly chuckle. "Get me the fuck out." I said calmly as I tried to open the locked car door. "Cmon bro" wadz tried to plead with me as Jmar unlocked the door. I quickly hopped out slamming the car door behind me.
They rather a WIERDO lady than a friend they've known since preschool.
Whatever.
I hugged my arms closer to my body wishing I would've brought a jacket out with me, better yet wishing a I would've stayed home.
I stopped in my tracks as my head quickly whipped behind me as I heard a loud twig snap.
I was met with nothing but a dark sidewalk.
I looked around sighing to myself before turning my head back to my starting direction.
"Hello"
I jumped.
"What the fuck!" I yelled as I heard a sweet chuckle.
My eyes met with ones much darker.. so dark.
"I-i thought you were headed to the party" i questioned, still very frightened. She tilted her head, slightly smiling, watching my lips making me gulp.
"I went. It was quite boring." She replied making me awkwardly chuckle while nodding as my hands slipped into my jean pockets for a sense of security and comfort.
"I thought you were going? I didn't see you." She shared. My eyes met the blank sidewalk as i spoke back to her.
"Didn't wanna go." "Oh..ok"
My eyes met hers again.
"I-I've gotta go. It's cold." "It is.." she hugged her arms closer to her body.
Oh...
"How far is your home?" I blurted, making her sickly smile. "30 minute drive. I was going to call a cab but my phone died" she showcased her red iPhone, along with her red coloured palms...
"My house isn't far... you can charge it up if you want. At my house i mean" i whispered hoping she'd say no. I only offered because I didn't want her, a lady, outside by herself at such a late night. I didn't want the blame.
"Really?" She questioned as her eyes brightened up.
I nodded.
