Denki was hanging out with the squad, Tetsu, Itsuka and Neito. Denki still wasn't perfectly okay with the squad considering the fact that they treated Neito like shit but they finally learned to accept Neito
"Neito, you seem extra happy today," Itsuka smiled as Neito kept looking at his hand
"What's going on between you two right now? Why do you keep looking at your hand? " Mina asked
Denki shot Neito a "can I tell them?" look as Neito nodded his head yes slightly so no one noticed
"Uhm hello? What's happening between you guys" Eijiro asked
"Well..were engaged!" Denki said
"What!?" Everyone yelled as Neito smiled as Denki
"He proposed to me yesterday, I can't believe I didn't catch on earlier with how weird he was acting" Neito said
"We told you he's sneaky Neito, you'll never know what he's up to" Hanta said
"I guess you were right, I can't believe I actually didn't notice!" Neito said as he slightly elbowed Denki
"Hey!" Denki said
Itsuka looked at Neito's ring as she asked him a question
"Neito, how much was your ring?" Itsuka asked
"I don't know, Denki didn't tell me" Neito said
Everyone looked at Denki waiting for an answer.
"I think it was almost 11 thousand dollars?" Denki said
"What!?" Neito yelled
"Denki that's way too much!" Neito said
"What? I can afford it, plus I wanted it to be special" Denki said as he took a sip of his ice tea
"Denki I know you wanted it to be special but that's too much man" Hanta said
"Too bad. Let dunce face spend his money on his fiance. I still can't believe you dated Monoma." Katsuki said
Denki just laughed slightly as Neito looked a bit upset
"I'm gonna go to the bathroom.." Neito said as he got up
"He looks really upset.. I'm gonna go see if he's okay" Denki said as he got up following Neito
"Neito, what's wrong?" Denki asked as Neito stood in front of the sink
"You spent all 11 thousand dollars on a ring! Are you insane!?" Neito yelled
"Nei-" Denki got cut off
"I can't believe you! Yes I love the ring but 11 thousand dollars?!" Neito yelled again
"I didn't think you would care.. I just wanted to do something special for you..-" Denki said
"And I appreciate that! But 11 thousand dollars is too much!" Neito yelled
Denki walked behind Neito hugging him as Neito turned around
"You okay?" Denki asked
"I'll be fine. Let's just go." Neito said before storming out of the bathroom, Denki following behind him
Everyone was talking about going to the beach later as Denki smiled excitedly.
Once everyone started to leave Denki grabbed his wallet and phone, putting them in his pocket as Neito grabbed his hand.
Few hours later, The beach
Denki, Hanta, Mina, and Eijiro were playing volleyball ball with the net the beach has set up on the side as Katsuki was in the water with TetsuTetsu racing, Itsuka and Neito were sitting on the towel they had as Neito stared at Denki
"Done staring at him yet?" Itsuka asked
"What- yep!" Neito said as he looked away
"Mono it's fine, he's your fiance, your allowed to stare at him" Itsuka said
"Wanna go in the water?" Itsuka asked
"Sure!" Neito said as Tetsu accidentally splashed him while he was near the water
"Sorry Neito!" Tetu said as he smiled
"It's fine" Neito said as he got into the water
"Actually! Denki brought his board!" Neito said running towards his bag
"You sure he won't care?" Itsuka asked
"I'm sure, he loves me too much to get mad at me" Neito said
Neito set up the board as he slowly got on it
As Neito was standing up he fell off into the water
"Denki! Why are you so good as volleyball!" Ashido complained
"I don't know, I've actually never played it before" Denki said
"No way! You have to be lying!" Hanta and Eijiro said
"Nope, I've never played except for today" Denki said
"Do you guys wanna go in the water? I'm dying in the heat right now" Mina said
"Sure" Everyone said
Denki walked over to Neito as he smiled at Neito who couldn't stay up for more than 2 seconds
"Need some help?" Denki asked
"Huh-uhm yeah kinda.." Neito said
Denki set up the board as Neito layed down on it
Neito slowly stood up once he was ready as Denki held his waist so he didn't fall
"I'm gonna let go now, are you okay?" Denki asked
"I'm fine" Neito said
Neito was actually doing it as everyone watched him
"Go Mono!" TetsuTetsu yelled
Tetsu yelled which scared Neito as he fell backwards but felt something catch him
"This is why I always stay behind you when you do these things" Denki smiled
Denki let go of Neito, grabbing his board putting it back by his stuff
"You need to be more careful," Denki said
"I will." Neito said as he smiled
(My hands hurt so bad from typing rn, like they feel like there about to fall off, anyway! I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter bc I really did enjoy making it, also I try to make new chapters everyday but bc of school I don't really have time so I'm sorry if the chapters take a bit)
