The next day came around quite quickly. Dazai was determined to actually go to the local pharmacy to buy some insomnia pills this fine morning. He won't make the same mistake as yesterday. He needs to buy those pills. It's a necessity and has been ever since his other ones ran out. It's safe to say that he probably should have bought them the moment that they ran out but he was simply too lazy and thought that a few days without them wouldn't hurt. He should've seen how wrong he would have been and got them sooner as he was fully capable of knowing it was going to go wrong.

He got up slightly earlier -around an hour or so- and although he hated the thought of it, he knew that he had to. The line at the pharmacy was always really long so he had to go early. This was due to the fact that he still had work and wasn't bothered to stand in such a line just to get insomnia pills. He thought that maybe if he showed up earlier, then the line wouldn't be very long. Genius, wasn't it?

Too bad no one was there, or anywhere in fact. It's like he was the only one in the world and it wasn't just his constant feeling in the back of his mind again. He always felt alone, but not..this alone.

"Where is everyone..? What's happening here..? And..why do I feel so much emotion right now? No..this can't be..can it? Wait..what can it be? I forgot." Dazai's head was spinning, the more he thought, the more painful it got, the more questions he had.

And then..silence. Nothingness. It's all empty. What happened?

Nothing happened. Just another dream, but there was more to it. More to it that Dazai couldn't remember. His memory was hazy, his life became a mess, these 'dreams' kept happening. He remembered them happening but he did not always remember the whole thing.

How bizarre.

Nonetheless, feeling terrible again, Dazai rose from his futon and did exactly what he remembered in the dream and this time, nothing strange happened, thankfully.

A few weeks overdue, he finally bought some insomnia pills and headed to work. The line was rather long in the pharmacy though, he complained the whole to the young woman that stood in front of him in line. He decided that after her ignoring his suggestion to commit double suicide as his paramour, he'd just annoy her instead to talk out his boredom.

Though he soon found out something that made him go "..oh."

It was the woman's turn at the counter and she was there to buy...hearing aids. How unfortunate that the woman didn't hear any of his well thought out boredom speeches.

Oh well, at least he got his insomnia pills, achievement unlocked! As sad as it may have been, that was probably his best accomplishment he'd made that month and it was approaching its end. Better than nothing.

"Maybe..I should skip work and sleep all day.." Dazai muttered softly, he was really tempted after he got his new insomnia pills. However, that idea flew out the window when he saw Kunikida out of the agency, oh uh.

Kunikida, spotting him and immediately speed walking over to Dazai, grabbed his arm tight as soon as he saw Dazai turning to run away. And the lecture began..

15 minutes. Fifteen whole minutes. Dazai's legs aches terribly, especially after him having to stand in line for almost an hour just doing nothing.

"Kunikida..are you done lecturing me..?" Dazai inquired in a tired voice, no amount of his bubbly personality was present in that question. It immediately broke Kunikida out of his lecture mode.
