Torn Lies || hs fan fiction

Chapter 5

I wondered around the rooms taking in my surroundings, the view looking a mess. I went into my room, my door creaking with every touch. I strolled my hand over my bed sheets remembering Ed again. I pushed the clothes onto the floor. My head rested on the pillow, it's cold fabric calming me down. I closed my eyes. The silence becoming new to me. I had visions of Harry and what he would do when he realised I was gone ,whether he would care or not. My eyes opened when a tear trailed down my warm cheek. My house phone was bleeping beside the bed. I turnt on my stomach pressing the buttons. I Had three voice mails. I laid on my back whiles I listened to the voices.

*Voice Mail 1*

"Hey Alice um sorry about leaving this morning wish I could of stayed to see your beautiful face,but management told me to leave before we get the press.Maybe we could meet up again?Call me back? This is Bd. Umm..bye"

*Voice Mail 2*

"Alice why haven't you called?I miss you babe ... Call me please?"

*Voice Mail 3*

"Um sorry about all these messages I guess I'll leave you umm I'm always here and even just if we meet up I missed you you know..we should have dinner I know some people who might want to meet you..Bye..and it's ed again"

I froze after I heard all the messages. was a great guy, but knowing that a replay of that night would happen again I felt it would ruin out friendship. I lay on my bed listening to the messages over and over again. I must of been lead there for at least an hour. My phone constantly ringing as Iblanked it.

Learn To Love again played on repeat. There were only two people it was possible to be. Harry or Ed. The song soon became annoying and the caller showed no signs of leaving. I turnt onto my stomach half hanging off the bed as I leant to grab my bag. I patted the sides trying to find the device. Opening every zip I finally found the phone quickly rejecting it when I see Harry's name. I wasn't in the mood.

After a while Harry stopped calling. I decided to sort my self out. I grabbed the bag unpacking most of the clothes. I Pulled open the wardrobe to reveal mostly old vintage clothes that I never wear. I stared for a bit before taking them all out. I needed to go shopping. The old tops and jeans were thrown into the bin and all I have was a few jeans, my jacket and a couple of tops. Soon after I undressed and stood in the shower washing my self. My hands gliding through the wet hair that I had conditioned moments before. Soon the room was foggy and steamed up. I stood out wrapped in my favourite purple towel. The air was cooler in my bed room. I dried and changed into black jeans with my white vest and denim jacket. My hair was tied in a high ponytail to dry naturally. I walked through the apartment.The sight was bad, and needed desperate seeing to.

I started in the living room clearing my table,I threw most of my rubbish in the bin. I knew that it was going to take me time but it had to be done. I ran downstairs placing the bags out for rubbish. I rushed back up the stairs when I felt a strange feeling in my back pocket .

*Harry x*

Alice...Um I don't know what happened i've been calling but no answer, so I went to the strip and saw Ella..dont be mad but she told me everything and I only did it cause well I guess I was worried about you. I'm Sorry for everything and hope we'll stay in contact??Miss you. xx

I sighed I guess I knew he would eventually text me so I wasn't shocked.I went to place by phone back when it vibrated again. I huffed.

*Ed x*

Hey Alice:) Me and some guys are out tonight fancy joining us??They Really Want To Meet You ;)xx

I smiled. This was just what I needed a night out to forget about Harry. I skipped up to my apartment grabbing some money before texting Ed back.

*To Ed*

Hey Ed! Yes I'm up for It, Its exactly what I need!Just going shopping to get a new outfit pick me up at 7?x

I didn't need to wait long before he replied back.

*Ed x*

Sure Babe!And my mates, you're gunna love them!See you at 7:)xx

I grabbed my coat and locked up. My fingers pressing the number."Hello Could I Have A Taxi To Town Centre Please?"I Asked.
