One Night at South Pole Challenge *GONE WRONG*

Adam Yates, a large youtuber named Cindrome, and some of his friends attempt a challenge where they stayed at the south pole for one night. Due to the position of the south pole, one night there is equal to six months. He claimed that the challenge wasn't only for content, it was also a detox from the internet. He never made it back. All that was recovered was his phone.

After unlocking it, they found that he had been taking notes of his stay on his audio recorder app. These are the only recordings that were taken during his stay.

Audio title: Day 1/intro
"Okay the mic seems to be working now. That's a relief. Anyways, today was pretty uneventful. It was mostly just getting settled in. The team of scientist that offered to take us here was really nice."

A door opened in the background as one of Adam's friends, Trent, started talking. "Hey Adam. Me and Jason were gonna go find out what they have to eat. You in?"

"Yeah, just give me a bit to finish this recording."

"Got it."

"Actually, you mind telling the audience what happened on the way to the station today?"

"Come on man, you teased me enough about it."

"Nah, nah, nah. You're mistaken. I haven't teased you enough. Now tell this mic what happened."

Trent sighed and reluctantly said "I kinda got... startled by a penguin."

"Startled!?"

"Fine. I shat bricks. I whispered 'guys, you hear that?' And I turn around and bam! There was a penguin and I went 'ahhh.' Is that good enough?"

"It's sufficient. For now. Hey how does an opening like 'I wanted to do a social media detox. But that seemed a little boring so I decided that to make sure I don't use any social media, I stayed 6 months at the south pole,' sound to you. Is it too obnoxious or what?"

"Nah it sounds pretty good. Maybe you can say something like 'its only one night.'"

"Yeah that could work. Alright I'm gonna turn this off."

Day 2:
"Hey Jason I started my recording and I want to know... Are you nervous about your lady friend being left alone for 6 months?" Adam said 'lady friend' in a mocking tone.

Jason replied "you mean my wife?"

"Yeah, if you want to get technical."

"I'm not worried at all. It breaks our hearts, being apart for so long but she knows how much this means to me."

"Boring. Anyways, we saw the sun set today. What'd you think of it."

"Beautiful but also long. I almost ran out of battery on my phone. The only way it could've taken longer was if I was doing a plank while watching."

They both shared a laugh as Adam added "you could also easily tell the difference in the temperature after it set."

"Yeah it dropped like 50 degrees. We had to run in before the stars even came out."

"The only thing I did outside of that was break out my old 3ds. I started trying to collect every pokemon on Omega Ruby. What did you do?"

"I talked with Dr. John some more. It really is fascinating what they do here."

"Yeah, fascinating. If your a nerd."

"Shut up, man," Jason said in a playful tone.

"Hey, you know what Trent was doing in his room?"
