In between kisses, your hand touches his torso he groans in pain and pulls away immediately.
"R-an I'm sorry " Your tears walled up to hear his groan but when he saw that he cupped your face in a gentle way and Coe you not to cry.
"Darling it's nothing I'm fine look " You sniff and hug him he hugs you back after break from the hug you come into your room with ran. 

[RAN POV]

"Ugh fuck it's hurting I should be more careful " I bandage my wound it's really deep but I can't let my love know about this she will get scared *sighed * after bandages my wound 
I come out to the bathroom she was laying on her stomach her round ass was facing me why she is soo tempting I gulp and walked toward her she was looking so cute while sleeping but it just evening time she slept this early
"Darling wake up You didn't eat " she squirms when I wake her up but I can't let her sleep on an empty stomach
"Ran but I already eat lots of ice cream"
What's her means ice cream it can't fill her stomach so I lift her in my arms and carry her to the dining table and set her on the table but she is still sleepy
"Y/n eat something then you can sleep" I creased her face but suddenly her eyes widen up and she covered her mouth and ran toward the bathroom panic took over me I ran behind her and saw she was throwing up in the toilet
"Y/n " I come to her and hold her hair back and crease her back she was crying while throwing up
"Darling it's ok you are fine " but I was not fine to see her like this she stopped throwing and sat on the floor her eyes were barely open she was about to fall but I caught her before she would and carried my love to our room
And lay her down on the bed her face had lost its color my heart is aching to see her like this. I called my doctor
"Love are you ok " she hmmm but her voice was weak like she had no energy left she was creasing her stomach
"Ran my stomach is hurting " I cup her face and look at her pale face
"Darling doctor is coming hmm you are going to be fine " She nods slowly

The doctor came a while later she checked you up
"Mr. Haitani your wife is fine " Then she takes out a syringe and fills it up with some kind of liquid which makes your eyes widen in horror.
"Please give me your arm Mrs. Haitani" You step back to her and shake your head in no
"I won't," you said still looking at the sharp syringe ran sat beside you
"Darling it won't hurt I promise please take it "You give him puppy eyes
"Ran I won't I don't like this it's so painful," you said he sighed
"Please Mrs. Haitani it's important to take this medicine " Ran takes your hand you try to take it back
"Y/n I will give you wherever you want I promise now give me your hand" You hug him and take out your hand to him
"I-'m ready " Ran hugs you back he holds your arm you close your eyes tightly and bury your face under his neck so you wouldn't see it.
"I'm going to inject Mrs. Haitan," she said you nodded slowly into Ran's neck but when she injected you bite on Ran's neck hard he knew you were in pain but somehow it was pleasurable for him he liked it he bite down his lips to stopped him moaning
"Done," the doctor said Ran nodded, and signaled her to leave she left the medical on the nightstand and left. your teeth didn't leave Ran's skin
"Darling you're too cute do you know that "You nod he chuckles then you leave his skin your eyes wide open to see what you did to his neck
"R-an I'm sorry " he frowns his brows
"For what darling " he looks at your face
"For this " you point to his neck there was a visible bleeding biting mark
"I love this you can make it on my skin when we made love darling " he answered
"It's not hurting " he shook his head you smile then give a kiss on his bleeding spot then on his forehead draw down to his nose and lastly on his lips he hold your waist and pull you closer to him and deepen the kiss you circle your hands around his neck he sucks your tongue and nibbles your lower lip between his teeth lick it you pressed your hand on his chest he pulled away and let you breathe you were panting for breath and fall flat on the bed he saw your eyes getting close you yawn he saw it
"Let's sleep darling " but you shut your eyes already fall asleep he lay beside you and slept while holding your waist

Morning comes...

You wake up and find your beside empty again Ran wasn't beside you
"I'm hungry " You rub your belly and pull off the blanket you come down into the kitchen and a smile forms on your lips to see the person in front of you.
"R- "You stop yourself from speaking further an evil idea pops up in your head you take quiet and slow steps toward Ran he is cooking something on the stove you are just a few inches away from him and then......
"BO" You hug him from behind your forehead touching his middle spine
He didn't flinch or get scared but a gentle smile formed on his lips that's only you can make him. when he saw you got irritated when your pranks didn't work out
"Ran why didn't you scared you should be scared " You wince and are about to lose your grip on his torso but he holds your hands back in their place
You snuggled your face on his back and giggled to hear his sweet talk
"Please stay like this for a moment darling " You giggle and hold him tighter he continues his cooking
"Ran " he hmm
"Why are you so tall " you ask
"Why you don't like my height darling"
"No I love it but I'm too short that's why I'm asking " he chuckled
