You are crying and begging for help, but he didn't show up. You try to forcefully pull away the cuffs but wasn't losing a bit; instead, it made your skin red and painfully bruise your ankle. you stop after attempting many times when you saw nothing effect on the metal and lie down on the cold floor crying few minutes pass door open he get inside the room carrying a tray in his hand you didn't react or look at him you were staring at the ceiling with teary-eyes Ran scrunch his nose in annoyance to see how were you ignoring him he comes to you kneel on the floor and put his one hand under your knees and one under your neck to lift you to the floor he doesn't want you to catch cold looking at your thin cloth laying on the cold floor but to make him losse his control you push him away from you he falls back on his butt "I hate you, Ran." You fell asleep after crying an hour Ran lays you on the bed and tucked you in devout he came toward the drawer and took out a syringe with a vial he filled the liquid in a syringe and put the vial on the nightstand he sighed deeply before holding your hand he crease the area with a cotton pad dipped in a alcohol then he hold the syringe like a pencil and quickly insert the needle through the skin. Slowly push the plunger all the way down into the syringe. Release the pinch of skin slowly, then pull the needle out of the skin. Some medicines, like Stelara, come in syringes that automatically cover the needle. He put the syringe away on the nightstand beside the vial and gently put your hand on its place then looked down at your forehead a little cut on your skin not too deep but enough to make him worried Ran took out the first aid kit and took the cotton ball to clean the blood on your forehead he dips the cotton ball into clean water and squeezes the extra then gently clean your wounded forehead after clean he applied some ointment on it then cover it with bandages after dressing your wound he wash his hands so he could touch you. He cups your side cheek with a hand and creases your soft skin he was looking at your face thinking about what you said earlier he shut his eyes and take a deep breath
