Atia wasn't sure what was happening anymore.
Everyone was in the large main room and the blonde waitress Atia had bumped into earlier was with her, the Doctor, and Pel.
The young woman had said her name was Rose.
The Doctor had explained quickly to both that Atia was an old friend and companion, while Rose was his current one.
Both women had exchanged raised eyebrows and Pel had been brave enought to laugh.
Then the Cybermen had burst into the room, rounding up the guests.
Atia looked over at the Doctor, a question in her eyes.
"Cybermen," he confirmed.
"Cybermen?" Pel echoed. "Mum?"
Atia hugged Pel tightly and began whispering phrases in Gallifreyan.
"You will all be upgraded," said the Cyberman that seemed to be in charge.
The President of England stepped forward, saying,
"What happens if I refuse?"
"I'm telling you don't," Atia said mournfully.
"What happens?" The President insisted.
"Don't!" The Doctor cried.
"You will be deleted," the Cyberman said, and placed a hand on the President's shoulder. A stream of electricity zapped the President like a bug.
The other party attendees were now running and screaming.
The small band of people that included the Doctor, Rose, Atia, and Pel made it outside.
They were joined by Peter Tyler, and yet again, more people swelled the small band.
Two Rickeys? Atia thought.
"Rickey?"
"Mickey?"
Atia and Rose exchanged a look a confusion.
One of the "twins" came and hugged Atia.
"Long story," Rickey muttered.
Atia pulled away. Pel was hugged by Rickey as well, and Ms. M was digging in her bag.
"Atia," she said quietly, tossing the other woman a small hand gun.
"Thanks," Atia replied. The redhead saw the Doctor's expression.
"Oh, like your one to talk," she snapped. Rose looked between the two, as confused as almost everyone.
Pel just looked sad.
The glaring war was interrupted by the Cybermen.
Atia cast a look around the ring of their adversaries.
They were doomed.
