Abhyansh and Aaradhya were busy in their bantering when they heard a knock. Anshuman opened the door and saw a servant. The servant informed him that Indravardan, bade hukum (Dada sa) had asked for Abhyansh and Aaradhya's presence in the hall at the earliest.

"Chaliye, aap dono ka bulava aaya hai" Anshuman said, looking at the two people who glared at each other before standing up and walking towards the hall.

"Come on Bhai sa, You also come with us, You can't leave us like this" Aaradhya said, and dragged Anshuman with them too. They all reached the hall and saw all the elders standing with a smiling face except one face.

Kshama... Kshama didn't like the fact that the soon to be queen of Jodhpur was marrying someone who is not her son. No matter how much she denied herself , She had always liked Aaradhya for Anshuman, but as always, nothing happened according to her wish.

Abhyaansh and Aaradhya's gaze went to their siblings who looked at them with extreme happiness shining in their eyes. The couple realized that their siblings knew of what was happening except the two of them. Sharing a knowing look with each other, they looked at their parents.

"Kya baat hai Dada sa(What is the matter dada sa?) You called us here urgently?" Abhyansh asked. Indravardhan took his seat on the couch followed by Suhasini Devi.

"Humne tai kia hai ki aap dono ki Engagement ki Announcement publicly kar di jaye (We've decided that we will publicly announce to the world about you two's engagement)" Abhyansh and Aaradhya both closed their eyes for a few seconds before turning their eyes at their parents.

"But Maa sa... What's the need for that?" Realizing that it came out a little rude, Aaradhya rephrased her words.

"Humara matlab hai, Dadi ma aap hi toh Kehti hai na, Jyada logo ko pata chale toh Najar Lag jaati hai ( I meant... Dada ma, you are the one who says that when many people know, then we will be evil eyed by them)" Aaradhya said, knowing her dadi ma believes in superstitions.
