Aaradhya parked the car in the parking lot and checked whether anyone was awake but knowing that since it was midnight her family would be fast asleep. Stepping out of the car she walked towards Abhyaansh's side and opened the door.
Abhyaansh was fast asleep and didn't notice Aaradhya's presence on his side. Aaradhya smiled seeing the innocence on his face.
"Who'll believe that you are a beast when you sleep like a baby" She couldn't help but run her fingers through his hair. He seemed to relax in her touch and shifted in a more comfortable position.
She chuckled lightly seeing him so free and cute while sleeping. She ducked her face towards his and stole a kiss from his cheeks. The contact between her lips and his beared cheek was as blowing wind making its presence known.
"Ansh" She cupped his one cheek and shook him by his shoulders.
"We've reached home Ansh" Abhyaansh woke up groggily, yawning loudly. Nodding his head, he rubbed his eyes to shoo away the sleep and clear his vision.
Both of them walked to her room, stealthily, hiding from anyone who could see them together.
"I can't believe am smuggling you inside my home like a thief" She said looking at him who was falling asleep while standing.
"Hmm" He placed his head on her shoulder and closed his eyes. With great effort she managed to get him inside the room and made him sit on her bed.
"Go wash your face, I'll get our dinner" She flicked his forehead, so he doesn't go to sleep and goes to the washroom. She threw her duppata on the bed and ran to the kitchen where the chef had prepared tomato basil soup with garlic bread for them.
Abhyaansh held his head which was slightly aching. Seeing a waterbottle on the bedside table he drank the whole bottle and stood up to do as she instructed. With small steps he managed to reach the washroom where he freshened up and it actually made him feel rejuvenated.
Wiping his hands on the hand towel he walked out, and his eyes fell on her study table. It was different...different than the last time he was here. All the times he was here, her room was always arranged, and her study table was extremely neat and clean unlike this time.
The arranged table he knew was extremely messy now. Shaking his head at her, he thought to tidy it. He sat on the chair to take a good look at the things. On the first layer he saw her thesis paper that was halfway written. Underneath the thesis paper he found a diary with clear instructions written on top about not touching it. Unable to maintain his curiosity he opened the diary to find the most shocking things written in the diary.
He expected to read things about her life, some personal things that would help him know her with a greater depth instead he found the class notes written in it that looked more like scribbling than written notes. He went through the diary twice to check whether it was a way she tricked people into not reading more or was she just crazy.
