Day 10

I was awake the whole night, learning and learning. It's currently noon and I am all dizzy. I thought before I fall asleep, I must write a few things about what I uncovered.

There are two types of fuels that are used in the machine. The first one is called Samay and the second one is called Kaal; both are Sanskrit words for time. Samay is used to traveling forward in time, from past to present and from present to future whereas Kaal is used to traveling back in time, from future to present and from present to past. While talking of time the present is the smallest construct, the duration of the present is smaller than the Plank's constant itself, thus it is impossible to cross it, which means sending someone or something from past to future or vice versa a stop has to be made at present. Crossing it with force would be catastrophic beyond imagination.

Now the problem is the fuel itself. There is a little Samay in the facility, enough for one trip but Kaal is out of supply. I looked into order records and I have the location of Kaal's manufacturing plant. I will go and fetch it but right now I need a long overdue sleep. Till the next time.

12:36 pm

I overslept at the noon. Instead of waking up at 2, I slept till 4:13. Yeah, I get it, I wasted some time but in this world... on this planet, I got nothing but time.

I'll be honest bringing back Kaal from its manufacturing plant was the easiest thing I have done in a while. And I have fuel to spare; I found enough fuel for two trips. Yes found, by the looks of it the plant was out of order for who knows how many years, with no power supply, and many more problems.

It's a point to be noted; almost everything on this planet is automated except in the places that should be, they even record your voices at public and office places. So where was I, ah yes.

The manufacturing plant was out of order and there was no point in rebooting the plant because to synthesize enough Samay for a single trip, 2 years are required, and in the case of Kaal, 3 years. I couldn't have waited that long. So I looked for stock storage and I found enough fuel for two trips. I just want to go home, that's all. Tomorrow I'll be home.
