I went down to the basement. It was totally different then what I had in mind. I don't know if it was intentional or accidental but by the looks of it, there was a massive fire down there, it's like somebody accidentally used more fuel than they should have; I hope they survived the fire. I salvaged a few things, and on top of those things is a partially burnt notebook. It must have belonged to the last tenant of this house. Yeah, I know what this means, this is an Isekai situation.
Anyway, the notebook proved to be really helpful. If I consider the gist of the content in the notebook, I was right. I am alone on this planet. As far as my understanding goes, I survived because I'm not from this universe. Somehow I was teleported here. And technology here is quite advanced than back on Earth.
So about me being alone; this Earth underwent a pandemic too, only here it started on December 21, 21. Unfortunately, this is all that I could gather on what happened, from the notebook. Rest got destroyed in the fire.
So tomorrow will be the day to take the leap of faith. I'm scratching the armor from the to-do list. I'll just go out, whatever happens, happens. Because I believe there's nothing to do with my house it's all about me. I hope there will be the next time.
