*ONE WEEK LATER*

"Dad, Jack is picking me up and we're going to a basketball game." I say as I walk downstairs. "Okay, have fun." My dad says as he puts on his glasses. The doorbell rings and I open it. There stands Jack looking very sexy, yet cute. He's not even doing anything. "Ready?" He asks. "Yep. Bye dad!" I yell before walking out.

I walk to the passenger side and open the door, only to see jacks friend. I forgot his name, oops. "Sam. In the back." Jack said. He groans and gets out. He smiles at me and I get in. "Hey mahlia." Johnson said cheerfully. "Hello." I said politely. Jack starts the car. "Can I use the AUX cord?" I ask him.

"You don't have to ask but yeah. Is your music good?" He asked me. "You'll have to find out." I said while sticking my tongue out.he rolled his eyes and I smiled. I scrolled through my music and scrolled back up to the top and hit shuffle. 'Energy' by Drake came on.

"Ooh, ooh! Oh! He got him!" I yelled. The point guard just crossed some kid and hit a step-back three and won the game. "Oh shit." I said excitedly. "He did not just do that." I said while laughing. Jack smiled and we walked out of the gym.

"Thanks Jack." I said and hugged him. "No problem." He said to me. I let go. "We have to wait for Jack, sam, and Nate." He said. I nodded and pulled out my phone. I went on Instagram and scrolled through my feed. I got off of that app and went on snapchat. I took a picture of my shoes and 'captioned' it 'bred 11'. "Ready?" I looked up and it was Jack who was asking me. I nodded my head and put my phone in my pocket.

"I'm so hungry, can we go to McDonald's?" I ask Jack. "Yeah." He says. I get in the front and we drive to McDonald's. "Drive through or go in." Jack asks us. "Go in." Sam said. He parked and we got out. I stood in line and waited for the person to finish. The person finished and I stepped up.

"Can I get chicken nuggets and a medium drink." I said. I pulled out my card and payed for my food. She handed me my cup and I walked over to the drink thing. This drink machine is cool because you can choose a drink and different flavors of the drink come up.

I decided on fruit punch. I didn't get s straw or lid because the drink goes faster with a straw. The lady called my number and I grabbed the tray and waited for the guys.

They came shortly after. Jack j sat next too me and the others on the other side of the booth. I open my sauce and open the box of chicken nuggets. "These are good, like damn." I say. "Have you not had McDonald's?" Nate asks me. "I come here all the time." I say. "Oh." He said. I pull out my phone and text my dad.

I put my phone on the table and Jack takes it. He starts taking picture of himself and the others. "Can I have my phone back?" I ask him. He nods and give it back. I keep some of the pictures and put my phone in my pocket; not wanting him to take it again. "Fetty wap, is blessed." I say while taking a drink of my juice. "He has one eye." Sam said. "Yeah, but if he had two, I would be dead." I said with a smile. I took a French fry off of jacks tray. "Hey!" He whined. "You're such a baby." I said. He stuck his tongue out at me.

"Cool dude." I said. "What time is it?" Nate asked. "Um, 8:20." Jack j said. "I have to be home by nine." I say. "Alright, wanna chill at my house then?" Jack asked.

We left McDonald's and drove to jacks house.
