READ A/n AT THE END

"Emily, what should I wear?" I ask her. She shrugs and I groan. I have a date with Jack at 3 today.

"Emily, help me." I whine while laying on the floor. She gets up and looks outside.

"Wear are you guys going?" She asks me. I shrug. He said it was a secret.

"He said dress warm." I told her. She walked over to my closet and pulled out a pair of jeans, a cream sweater, a green army jacket type, and a pair of my timbs.

"Too girly." I say to her. She rolls her eyes.

"I don't care. Put it on." she says. I roll my eyes and go to my dresser. I pull the first one open and grab a bra and underwear. I push the drawer closed and walk into the bathroom. I took a shower earlier just so you know. I undress from my previous outfit and throw those clothes in the basket. I put my new bra and underwear on. I put my white tank top on and put my sweater over. I put my jeans on and my green jacket and walk out of the bathroom.

"Do you want me to do your make up?" Emily asks me. I nod and we head into the bathroom.

"Where do you think he's taking you?" She asks me. I shrug.

"I'm kind of nervous." I say. She gets my make up out and starts putting it on my face.

"Don't be, you're gonna be fine, you guys kiss and shit like that all the time. Relax." She says and I nod. There's nothing to be nervous about, right? I shake off that thought and let her do my makeup.

She finishes and my make up looks great. "Thanks Emily." I say hugging her.

"No problem, what about your hair?" She asks.

"I'll leave it curly." I say. She nods and I look at the time. 2:35 pm.

"I'm gonna head out, have fun on your date." Emily says with a wink. I playfully roll my eyes and give her a hug. She leaves and I sigh and look at myself in the mirror. Cute. I walk upstairs and go in my room. I turn off the light and grab my phone and my purse. I turn the bathroom light off and walk back downstairs. There was a knock on the door.

I walked to the door and opened it. There stood Jack in a black shirt with a flannel, jeans, and a pair of vans. "Wow, you actually look girly." He joked. I laughed and he looked at me.

"You really look beautiful." He says. I smile and blush.

"Thank you Jack. You look nice too." I say. I lock the door and he grabs my hand and walks me to his car. He opens the door for me and I buckle my seatbelt.

"Where are we going?" I ask him.

"That's a surprise, baby."

"Jack, thank you." I say kissing him on his cheek.

"You're welcome, babe." He says. He looks at me with a small smile.

"Mahlia, you're so cute." He says. I cover my face and he pulls me onto his lap. I drape my arms around his neck and kissed him. He pulls away.

"Mahlia, will you be my girlfriend?" He asks me. I smile.

"Yes Jack, I will." I say. He smiles and kisses me again. I start to feel droplets of water on my legs. Jack and I look up and it's raining.

I get off of his lap and help him pack up. I go to grab the basket but her grabs it, leaving me with nothing to carry. "Jack, let me carry something." I say. He shakes his head and walks to his car. I sigh and help him put stuff in the back. I get in the front seat and he gets in and starts the car.

"You should've let me carry some stuff." I say.

"Why, I carried everything." He says with a smug smile. I roll my eyes and look out the window. I pull my phone out and take a picture of the rain.

"What are you doing?" He asks me.

"This is for snap chat." I say showing him the picture.

"Nice." He says.

"I know." I say while putting it in my story. He rolls his eyes and I grab the aux cord. I plug it into my phone and play my chill music aka Alina baraz and galimatias. I play pretty thoughts and lean my head on the window.

"Tired, baby?" He asks while grabbing my hand. I shake my head.

"This song is really calm, relaxing." I say. He nods his head and kisses my hand. Butterflies form in my stomach and I shift in my seat.

"You okay?" He asks. I nod my head. We drove in a comfortable silence while listening to chill music.

We arrived at his house and I was glad. I just want to sit with him and cuddle. "Come on babe." He says getting out and runs around to the car and opens my door. I get out and jump into his arms.

"Babe, I have to get the stuff out of the car." He says.

"Later." I mumble. He chuckles and we walk into his house.

"Mom! Dad!" He yells through the house.

"Jack, is that you?" His mom asks while walking downstairs. I lift my head off of his shoulder and look at his mom.

"Hi mrs. Gilinsky." I say. She smiles at me.

"How was your date?" She asks.

"Good." I say with a smile. She smiles back.

"Mom, we'll be upstairs." Jack says. She nods and we walk upstairs. He opens his door and closes it. He sets me down and I take my shoes off. I go and sit on his bed and he takes his pants off and puts sweats on.

"Jack, you're hot." I say to him. He smirks.

"You too, babe." He comes and sits next to me.

"I want to cuddle." I say. He wraps his arms around around me. I would like to stay in this position forever.
