So how the actual fuck is Scott just chilling there after everything that happened yesterday. For some reason, he smiling. And I don't mean his sinister smile, he is just happily smiling like he's in heaven, maybe our suffering is his heaven.
"Didn't you kill him" Sabrina whispered to me.
I sure as hell thought so, nobody can survive being cut in half. Especially after turning into dust.
"I thought so, was that another ability of his,"
The others sat there confused and puzzled, I think Cole had a seizure trying to figure this out.
"Hey! Good morning!" Scott said in an innocent tone, "Sit sit"
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS GOING ON?!
I sat down across from him, Cameron and Sabrina were still hesitant too. Not that I blame them.
"Ahem" Scott started "I want to apologize"
?!
"Uhh, what did you say"
"I want to apologize"
Is this guy serious? He tries to kill me then apologizes, what is his goal here?
"I have honestly pushed away my whole life, I was adopted by the history prof here as you know. I was put into an orphanage by my real parents, they labeled me as a mistake." Scott started.
"I'm sorry, I understand how you feel"
My father pushed me away too, but unlike him, I still had a mother when I was a kid. Honestly thank god he got put up for adoption, if he had a father like mine and no mother to help he would have been worse.
"I KNEW IT" Jacob went.
Cam hit him in the head with a tray for saying that. Hilarious though, but it was the wrong timing.
"Continue," I said.
"All the other kids at the orphanage showed me that strength over others is what mattered. The more power the better. I used what I learned on you guys by trashing you, for that I am sorry"
Okay, so what I get from this is he had a harsh life and now he realized his mistake. AFTER YESTERDAY, WHAT DID I KNOCK SENSE INTO HIS THICK SKULL?
"I know an apology can't forgive what I have done, so I promise ill make it up to you"
"Well it's good you're making a change," Sabrina said.
He stood up and started for the door.
"Here, catch"
He tossed something to Sabrina.
"I believe I owed you one from destroying yours, have a good day"
Sabrina opened her hands to reveal that Scott had tossed her a bag of pumpkin bread from that fancy bakery across town.
"No fucking shot," Cam said trying not to laugh.
Dude went out here repaying pumpkin bread, this shit is too good. I have to be dreaming, what the actual fuck is today.
"What the actual fuck" Cole said.
Sabrina was just happy about it and Cam was dying over it.
"See, told ya he was adopted" Jacob chuckled.
Cam threw a water bottle at him, I think it knocked him out.
"So we are just supposed to forgive that dick," Cole shouted.
"No, but we shouldn't jump to conclusions about it"
"Vinny? You think that he would change just like that"
