Chapter 6

Rose's POV:

I knew god hated me but i didn't know he hated me this much. First he put LAVENDER FUCKING SPRINGS in my class and then he makes the teacher announce that we will be introducing ourselves first! I used to dread this date before and now I hate it all the more.

I am still lost in my own thoughts when Kenzie elbows me in the side. "Ow! What the fuck?" I asked, turning towards her and glaring at her.

"Um- well... Firstly-" She said before she got interrupted by the teacher. "Ahh yes, Miss Ribero! Please introduce yourself, and please mind your language in my class." He said with a genuine smile. Oh fuck, I did not just said that out loud in front of my teacher.

"Oh shit-" I said standing up, gosh this is awkward. And embarrassing. "No worries Miss Ribero, just make sure not to repeat it. Please go ahead and introduce yourself, tell us your name and what are some of your hobbies!" He replied, smiling. He literally just addressed me by my last name, TWICE. Why the fuck are we wasting our time introducing ourselves if he already knows our name.

"Ok Ribero, you can do this!" I whispered to myself while standing up. "Um... Hi! I am Rose Ribero, and my hobbies are...." I paused. I didn't know what my hobbies were, I never really got to focus on anything after the incident so I never really got to learn what I enjoy and what I don't. And once I was able to accept what had happened, I didn't get any time to focus on myself, because then my schedule was really busy with school and shit.

"Miss Ribero, are you quite alright?" The teacher asked, he did tell us his name but I was zoned out so I didn't hear it... Gosh I hate myself. "Hmm? Oh yeah, I am fine!" I replied quickly. "Please continue then." He replied back, sounding a bit concerned though he had a smile on his face.

"Uhh... I don't really have any hobbies?" I said, sounding a bit unsure if that was a valid answer or not. "OH WOW! You're quite boring!" A kid exclaimed from behind us. I looked in the direction of the voice to see which motherfucker said that. When my eyes landed on the source of the voice, it made me even more furious than I already was. Jeremy Winters. Lavender's best friend. Of course it was him, he doesn't have anything else to do with his pathetic little life other than following Lavender around and annoying everyone around him.

"Now Mister Winters, please respect your peers. Don't say such things, she probably has a busy schedule. I would appreciate it if you apologise." said the teacher. Winters rolled his eyes while he mumbled a small "sorry, Mr. Kincaid...". Oh yeah, that was his name! I don't know the first name, but the last name is good enough. I slowly sat back down on my seat because I had nothing else to say and Kenzie stood up from beside me as it was her turn to speak. I decided to tune out everything as I knew most of the things about her.

Things went a lot like this and all my new classmates, some of my previous classmates, introduced themselves. I decided to doodle small sketches on my notebook because i don't give two fucks about them. "Miss Springs, it's your turn!" Mr. Kincaid exclaimed. I don't know why but, I zoned back in at the mention of her name and turned to look at to briefly catch her eyes looking in my direction. Am I imagining things or was she staring at me? Neither of them sound appealing because it could be that I am going insane with my messed up sleep schedule or the fact that she is staring at me. Which itself is very annoying because of what had happened in the past...  I have no idea why but I wasn't able to tune her out. If I am being honest, I wanted to listen to what she had to say and see how much she had changed. 

Author's note: I am really sorry for not updating anything before even though i said i might but i just couldn't get any ideas or motivation to do so. My session break is ending in 2 days so i might not be able to update anything soon but i will definitely make some time and a schedule for updating once i get the hang of my school again and i am able to manage time again. I hope this is good because it was sorta rushed, if you guys are enjoying the story or something to say about then please comment, i love reading them and i'll reply to as many i can.
