A/N: so my friend Luke was reading this during lunch, and he read through the messages and he was like "this is literally how we talk all the time." We could not stop laughing at how accurate it is. 💀 I knew that my friend Devon is like Enid when she texts but Luke was like "I text like Tyler" that was very unintentional.
Anyway back to the story

Wednesday's POV

I was writing a chapter of my book on my typewriter when I heard my mother yell my name and told me to come downstairs. Someone must be here. I looked at Tyler, who was still on my couch, preoccupied with watching TikToks on his phone. "Tyler, I'm going downstairs I think someone is here." I waited for a response but I got nothing. All he did was laugh at whatever it was he was watching. I rolled my eyes, he probably has his AirPods in his ear. I marched my way to him and took out his AirPods. "Hey! I was using those!" "I know, I'm going downstairs." He looked confused. "Why?" "Because, Tyler, someone is here. Are you coming or not?" I asked as I began walking to my door. I was halfway through the door when I heard Tyler. "Wait! I coming!" I saw him scrambling off the couch and almost tripping over my carpet. He got up and walked to me. "Okay, now we can go."

I heard my mother call for me again. "Wednesday!" I huffed "I'm coming, mother!" I finally made my way down the stairs but before my feet could hit the ground floor, I was engulfed in a hug. That is how I knew it was Enid. "EEEEE WEDNESDAY! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH. IT WAS HORRIBLE TO BE WITH MY FAMILY FOR THE SUMMER!" I heard Tyler laughing behind me, I turned around and told him to shut up with a smirk on my face. I was happy to see Enid again. I did miss her, even if I never admit it to her, she already knew it. "Want me to kill your mom?" I asked and Enid shook her head. "No, she'll just come back from the dead as a zombie and still tell me how much of a disappointment I am." I sighed "Enid, you are not a disappointment." She smiled at me.

I took Enid around the house and Tyler just followed behind me. "Your house is so big!" "You haven't even seen the backyard," Tyler told her. "Why, how big is it?" She asked. "It's a graveyard," I said dryly. I turned to walk down to the kitchen and out the back door. "Oh, that's a graveyard," Enid said. I turned to her "Did you think I was kidding?" "No." Enid and Tyler said at the same time. I glared at Tyler "Tyler, there was no reason for you to comment on that." There was confusion written all over Enid's face "Haven't you been here like every day since you moved here?" Tyler nodded and grinned while he looked at me. I wasn't paying attention as I was watching what my Uncle Fester was doing. I didn't know he was coming home today. Enid leaned near Tyler's ear and whispered "What is she looking at?" He shrugged "I have no idea." He then noticed my uncle "Oooh never mind, her Uncle Fester came home."

"Fester!" I smiled, which is something I never do except for my Uncle. I ran up and hugged him, which again is only reserved for him and him alone. Not Enid, not Tyler, and not any other family member except Uncle Fester. "Wednesday!" he shouted and hugged me back. "Your father told me you have friends coming over for the week." I was still smiling I turned to point at Enid and Tyler. "Yes, Enid, Bianca, Eugene, Ajax, Xavier, and Tyler lives next door and he's here every hour of the day." Fester chuckled "I remember Tyler. I met him at the Weathervane once. I think I met Enid at some party your parents hosted somewhere." I nodded "You haven't met  Ajax, Bianca, and Eugene. I was just showing Enid the graveyard. Maybe I'll show her Debbie." Fester scrunched his face "Debbie was a psycho." I walked him to the door where he went inside to greet my parents. Enid came over and put her hand on my shoulder "I've only ever seen you like that with Fester." she stated "I know." I look at her. I was going to say something else but Tyler had other ideas. "Who is Debbie?" I didn't say anything, but I tore from Enid's hold and led them to Debbie's grave.

"Deborah Jellinsky Addams.  Wife and psycho." Enid read the engraving on the tombstone as I stood behind it so I can look at them. "This was Uncle Fester's wife." Tyler raised an eyebrow at me "They married the year Pugsley and I were forced to summer camp when I was 12." A summer romance, how sweet, but how was she a psycho?" as Enid. I was about to continue when I saw everyone else arrive. They came towards us. Bianca looked around with her face scrunched up at the site of a cemetery, Xavier had his eyes locked on me, and Eugene was looking at the sky as he walked over, Ajax ran over to Enid and hugged her. Xavier looked at me weirdly after he saw the name on Debbie's grave and that there was a reason why we are over there. "Deborah? what kind of name is Deborah? I rolled my eyes "She was a serial killer, and was known as The Black Widow. She would marry a rich man, take his money, kill the man, spend all the money, then repeat. She attempted that with my Uncle Fester, but we have a high tolerance for pain so with every murder attempt, she would fail. If I'll be honest, she was a messy serial killer. If I were to be a serial killer, I wouldn't be sloppy or get caught." Bianca chuckled "She was truly an Addams." Ajax looked confusingly between Tyler and me "Wait....but aren't you two...isn't he a serial killer?" he ended by pointing to Tyler, who was next to him.
