Trust
I don't trust a lot...
But when I do I try to build a wall that they can't see but I know is there.
That wall is my reassurance, that helps me believe that if anything happens I can't be broken like I was before.
You may say I'm distant but I say that I'm just protecting myself.
It's selfish and sad, what I'm doing but it's true.
Im not even sure if I can ever trust truly.
