Paranoia was the one thing he was left with in his regret

The constant feeling of being trapped in a box waiting for his end that would soon come had his skull aching with the telling sign of worry

He couldn't go out, not until he somehow found a way to make it look like this actually wasn't his AU for those other versions of himself

The biggest problem however was that there was no Horror to replace him leading to only more suspicion

Not only was he had to miss as a large skeleton but he was hard to miss when he was absent from his post as well

Horror swallowed dryly as he tried to bite down the jittering nerves by lightly chewing on some wet tree bark, not the healthiest idea but it kept his teeth from growing like his brothers where no matter how much healing magic the larger put into trying to keep the youngers smile

He was sat alone currently in his room, large wide red eyesight cascading thought the darkness to the window

The shadows seeming to move with his paranoia alone as he feared the worst about how he had just probably killed their AU or put them all in danger

Sans honestly debated hunting down both younger sibling right there and then and wrangling them into the basement

Nice and secure and safe, there was plenty of food and supplies and Sans could always go out if they needed any more

Sans swallowed down the non existent lump before moving to the drawer, the hinges creaking a bit as he grabbed one of the bark slabs, beginning to chew on the wood

It wasn't really a snack, just something to keep him occupied and keep his teeth from going crazy like Papyruses had begun to in the most recent weeks

Scratch

Scratch

The larger pauses before settling down his hand from the aching crack that he subconsciously moved to

The stress was building up as he just simply stared down outside from the window, awaiting his family's happy return and their normal routine, as if simply staring down the outside would move the day along quicker

Spoiler alert it didn't

The large skeleton let out a low whine as he turned to pace in his room, something just twisting in his non existent guy saying that something was wrong

Maybe he should text them? No that would waist their emergency reserves on power

Should he go looking?

What if those sanses saw him again?

For stars Sake!!! What time was it again?!

He looked up to the unchanging black ceiling in pure spite, he knew that Eliza was on her normal foraging routine and Papyrus was was one the normal every day guard patrol

They both would meet up near Papyruses third to last outpost to figure out something to eat like they would normally do to try and surprise the larger

They should be getting home soon right?

The large red eyelights flashes to the outside once more before the familiar sensation racked his body

Something in him screamed as a reset was preformed

"Elzzy!"

He called out in a practical yell, SOUL pounding rapidly in his chest as he lurched off the bed, the teleportation magic making his skull ache when he landed into his sobbing sisters room

Shaky protective hands moving ho encase her within his embrace as she just cried

Hiccuped breaths racking her body as she tried to stop them

But they just didn't

And Sans was worried

Because even for those moments Papyrus should be there by now, shouting out his worries

Asking what had happened while his fuzzy coded memory tried to peace together what was going on as they held each other closer, safe and secure in their own little world

but he's not

Mmmmm Yes Yes I see the drama unfolding before me, sorry big Teddy, but it's unfortunately time to move the story along :D
