Chapter 6

Ariah's Pov

So I woke up to three messages one from my grandfather, crystal, and Kierra so I texted Kierra first telling her that I would head to the church around 1 then I texted crystal saying she needs to be ready by 12:30 so we can be on time and my grandfather told me I have to collect my money and keys to my new house and I kinda got excited when he said new house because I kinda wanted a mansion but didn't know a new position would get that at all but it has and I love how it looks but definitely gonna have to put my own personal touch.

So I decided to get dressed up and I tell y'all I look fabulous and I feel it too I haven't felt that in a while but I hopped in to my car and I turned on my R&B playlist and I was headed to my grandfather's second house because they live in Florida and this is LA. Once I got there he had his door man give me a envelope with my keys and another mission I have to complete after that the door man put the duffel bag in the backseat I pulled out the driveway and headed towards Crys house seeing as it was 12 already so by the time I get there she should be almost ready or she might just be on her couch chilling but I want us to have the conversation today before I decide to move forward with Kierra only for my conscience and my sanity kinda.

I pulled in the driveway and saw another car and assumed it was her girlfriend's car so I just texted her that I'm here but she told me to come in the house so I did and I walked in and I went into the living room and had to duck from a flying vase I didn't know what was going on so I had to get this under control

A: HEY SIT Y'ALL ASSES DOWN BEFORE I GET IN Y'ALL ASS

the sat down across from each other but it looked like my friend doesn't know why her girl is ready to kill her for

A: what's going on?

J: She's cheating on me with someone who's name that starts with an A

C: I promise I'm not cheating

J: I don't believe her because why there a heart by it and didn't your ex name start with the letter A

C: yes it does but that's not her at all

A: so can I see the contact please so I can know who it is

J: yeah let her see because the bitch said that they need to talk about some problems

I saw that it was my number so imma have to just keep real and tell her

A: this is my contact in her phone and I said we have to talk because when we were younger she just upped and left me with my no good parents

J: I'm so sorry baby I didn't mean to hurt you I just don't want to be cheated on

C: I know but you have to trust me and I wouldn't cheat on you princess

When she said princess it was like I was having a flashback of me and her playing on the playground and we kissed and after she called me princess once I came back I was walking out the door like I was acting normal but I was having a flashback I just feel really uncomfortable

A: hey Crys can you drive your car so I can get all of the supplies in one go round

C: sure what about the talk?

A: we not doing a lot of work today so we will have to later so I can think on how to approach the conversation

C: alright

We got in our cars and headed in the direction of my shop which is like 10 minutes away from her house if we take the freeway and 7 minutes from the church so we will be there on time still once we got there I told my workers to load up Crystal's car first so I can put my duffel bag in my front passenger seat so we can have more room in the back to put everything

At the church

I was in my head because I don't know if I want to know why Crystal up and left me because I don't think it's a good reason but if she pushes the issue then I'll listen to what she have to say but I'm not telling her anything my parents did to me or anything like that because she has to earn my trust back and that's going to be a little bit hard because it's hard to trust someone who just left you when you're in need

I looked up and seen that I was being approached by Mrs. Clark Sheard and she looks very concerned so imma get out of my head

K: Ariah baby

A: yes ma'am

K: you seem in a daze mood what's going on?

A: I'm just thinking about my childhood

K: did something happen back then

A: yea back then I wanted a lot of answers but now I don't think I want to know

K: you do want the answers because it's running your head mad just go into the conversation with an open heart and mind ok?

A: I will ma'am 

After our conversation I was more ready and I was going keep a positive mindset and see what the outcome was going to be.
