We walked out to the car after we got dressed.Lilah was in a pink bikini with no straps.
Lilah got back in the drivers seat and my stomach was growling like it never was. At that moment I could only focus on food.
"How about some food Lilah?"I said to her.
"Oh yeah, sorry..my body runs on excitement" she said looking for a food place.
We stopped in the Mcdonalds drive thru and I wasn't hungry anymore because there food is nasty to me. I ordered 2 sausage mcgriddles and an orange juice, and Lilah ordered 2 parfaits, 2 sausage mcgriddles, and a coke.
We pulled up and Lilah leaned over an got into the glove box and pulled out a chunky envelope of money.
It looked like it was around 2000 dollars. I wasn't sure, Lilah passed the big bag of food to me and I grabbed my sandwiches out. I unwrapped it and took a big bite then gulped down my orange juice.
"Why the envelope?" I said pointing at the envelope.
She shrugged, I could tell she didn't want to answer but why. I needed my computer to log my entries but I totally forgot. I could see it was getting a bit darker outside. I figured we should probably go home. We ate in silence.
We pulled up at a mansion on Manchester St. It looked amazing. I was beginning to think that Lilah had money to blow but she didn't seem to be very rich. She dresses like she is poor. We walked into the huge house, Lilah immediately went to the door straight to the back.
"I am gonna use the bathroom" I yelled at her.
She didn't hear me. I turned to face the staircase and saw pictures of Lilah and 'Jay'.
I walked upstairs, and looked in the rooms. The rooms were very big and spacious. I turned into a green room with a white sheeted bed. I looked in the room and saw tons of pictures of Lilah, boys, and girls.
I walked down the staircase and out the opened back door. Lilah had on a light grey sweater and she seemed to be lost in thought in some tall grass. I walked down to her and sat down beside her.
"What took you so long" she said shaking her head looking at me.
"I couldn't...find the bathroom" I said to her
"Have you ever went to a college party?" She asked
"No, it has never crossed my mind"I told her sincerely
"Great! We are going tommorow night" Lilah said hugging me.
I felt weird...I knew she wasn't wearing a bra cause I could feel her hard nipples on my chest.
"Yeah its gonna be cool" I said pushing her away lightly stopping the hug.
"We better get some shut eye for a couple hours then...food is in the fridge by the way" Lilah said walking quickly back in the house.
I followed her to her room.
"You will sleep next door" She pointed at the next door pulling a piece of hair behind her ear.
It looked like her dad's room but it could be a guest room..not sure. I sat on the bed lifting my shirt over my head. I walked out two glass doors and stood on a balcony. I could see the half of the town up here. I stood in awe for a moment.
A cold wind whipped by as I heard the next door open. I looked over to the other balcony of Lilahs room. I waited for her to come out for a few minutes. I didn't hear anything so I looked over the town once more before starting to walk back in.
I saw a dark shadow on the otherside on Lilah's balcony. It looked like a male figure; I stepped back in my room. I shut off my lights and went back to the balcony peeking out. I could see the figure peeking around the corner of Lilahs room.
I quickly walked back in my room, quietly opened my door and walked to her door. I pressed my ear up to the door listening. I couldn't hear anything through the door except for ruffling noises. I slowly turned the knob to her door but it was locked.
Fuck! I told myself getting angry. If Lilah dies will I be held responsible or what. Jay will hate me and if mom and him get any closer he will send me to boarding school.
I closed my eyes listening closer. I heard a door open, then Lilah screamed!!
I banged in the door trying to get it open.
