I AM in utter disbelief as I processed the words in front of me. Why the hell was nai texting liv, and what plan was she talking about?

My thoughts were ruined by Jenna's shoulder bumping mine.

I turn to glance at her. She makes eye contact with me but then transfers her eyes to look behind me.

I took this as a sign that someone was coming so I quickly but Liv's phone back in her purse.
Before I could turn around I began to smell the aroma of strawberry pound cake.

I immediately knew it was Liv, not to mention the fact that her heels were clacking so loudly I thought the ground was gonna split in half.

Liv finally makes it onto our table with an annoyed expression on her face.

"Thanks for nothing." She mutters.

The blonde girl snatches the purse from our table, slightly bumping me as she reached to grab it.

"She really had to do all that." Jenna said in an annoyed tone.

Bailey rolls her eyes, "God I hate mean girls".

Jenna and I both nod at her statement.

It was now the next day and I woke up to the sound of birds singing and the gentle rays of sunshine filtering through her window.

I stretched my limbs, feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin,.

I took a deep breath, savoring the fresh morning air. As i sat up in my bed, i gazed out of my window at the world surrounding me.

I watched the clouds drifting across the sky and the leaves rustling in the breeze.

i felt a sense of peace and contentment.

It was as if I was now seeing the world for what it was and the beauty it had. Jack champion truly made me happy.

With a gentle smile on my face, i got out of bed and begins to move slowly around the room, taking in the quiet beauty of the morning.

I ran my hands over the soft fabrics of my sheets and clothing, feeling the gentle textures against my skin.

I couldn't believe that after so many years jack and I were finally-

My face dropped, my smile completely disappearing from my face.

Last night I was so caught up with the drama of nai and liv I completely forgot about jack and I's relationship status.

For most people a label isn't a huge deal but for me it was the complete opposite.

There's was now this huge dreading feeling that has clouded me. After being friends with jack for so long there's nothing i'v wanted more than to be with him.

I now fear that if we never put an official label on our relationship it wouldn't ever confirm anything.

My mission was now to get Jack to ask me to be his girlfriend. Of course figuring out what plan nai was talking about but.. the girlfriend plan is much more fun.
