IT WAS the night of glitz and glamour as Jack and I, stepped onto the red carpet for the premiere of our new movie avatar the way of water.
I try to stand tall and proud, wearing a stunning blue dress that is perfectly tailored to fit my figure. The fabric shimmers in the light of the room, accentuating my curves and making me look absolutely radiant. My hair is carefully styled in an elegant updo, with earrings glittering from my ears.
I turned to my left noticing Jack. He looked dashing in his designer tuxedo, with a tailored black jacket and bow tie. His trousers were made of high-quality fabric that clung to his body in all the right places, and they were matched with a crisp white shirt, highlighting the deep red colour of the carpet beneath him.
The atmosphere was absolutely electric with flashes from cameras and cheers from fans lining through the streets of London. Jack and I stared at each other nervously as we walked side by side.
While we were both excited to be given this opportunity, neither of us were prepared for the sudden fame that came with it.
From paparazzi following our every move to being asked for autographs everywhere we walked. We both needed to learn how to navigate this newfound spotlight.
As we reached the end of our journey on the red carpet, I noticed Jack was looking a bit uneasy as he stepped into the final limelight, I gave him a reassuring smile.
I on the other hand had found a way to turn my nerves into confidence this action was making me seem completely unfazed by all the photos and interviews that the reporters had given to me.
Jack was looking at me almost mesmerized by the new found confidence that I was radiating. I laughed at this action and finally stepped off the red carpet.
The movie began playing and both Jack and I found ourselves immediately engrossed in it; throughout our scenes we couldn't help but admire each other's performances. The more we watched, however, the more we started to feel something beyond admiration between us. An emotion that neither one of us could quite identify yet.
Afterwards when we exited onto the red carpet again, Jack came up to me nervously before saying "you looked amazing on screen Juliette, you did a wonderful job." I blushed profusely at his comment and thanked him.
There was an awkward pause between Jack and I instead of interrupting it, we both said goodnight shyly before getting into separate cars heading home separately, despite wishing ourselves other wise.

guys I originally wrote this chapter in third person but then I redid it because all of my other chapters are in first person but like I don't know if I should write in third or first let me know which you guys prefer better.
sorry if there's some spelling mistakes or some stuff not punctuated correctly, I wrote this at midnight and I'm sick so yeah..
