AN: Hiiii, it's a random update, I know. I just reread this and felt like writing again!

THURSDAY

I slipped on my pink dress, it was mini, and made me feel like Barbie. I paired it with a pair of clear heels and pearls. Harry walked in the room in a dressy, loose white top. Brown dressy pants on his bottom. He had this way of making me feel twenty different emotions at once, just simply by the way he looked.

"Harry Edward Styles, I don't know if we are going to make it out of this hotel room." I laughed, standing up and walking over to him. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close. I felt my eyes widen, as I felt a slight hard on push against my leg.

"Feeling is very much mutual." He chuckled and kissed my forehead, "But Niall and Liza will murder us if we don't show up."

"Why did we end up with needy best friends?" I said, my fingers playing with the hair at the nape of his neck.

"Because the universe felt like torturing us for eternity." He said and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Alright, let me just put on some lipstick and we can head out." I said, letting go of him reluctantly, and heading into the bathroom. I walked over to the sink and reached up for my make up bag, a harsh sharp pain hitting my shoulder blade. I dropped the bag as my arm recoiled down against the pain. The bag made a loud noise as it fell, articles slipping out and soon Harry's footsteps could be heard making their way to me.

"Lacey!" he exclaimed as he got closer and I called out to him.

"Haz, I'm fine, I'm fine. My make up bag just slipped from my hand." I said, quickly bending down to pick the bag up. I picked up the things that fell, slipping them back in as he got to the bathroom. I breathed slowly, trying to push the pain to the back of my head, not wanting to ruin tonight. Not wanting to let him know, it hurt so bad.

"Are you sure?" He said, as he bent down and helped me pick up the final items, slipping them in the bag.

I nodded and took a deep breath, smiling at him, "Yes baby, I just didn't grab hold of it correctly. I promise."

He searched my eyes and nodded, and though I felt so guilty, I was so happy he couldn't tell when I was lying. We both stood up, and I placed the bag on the counter, pulling out my lip gloss. I looked in the mirror, and applied my lip gloss to my quivering lip, taking sharp breaths through my nose, allowing myself to compose myself further.

I closed my gloss, rolling my shoulders back, fighting through the pain that shot to my shoulder blade again, turning on my heels and heading out the door.

We made our way into Niall's apartment, so much more familiar than the first time I was here. I waved at people as we passed by, relieved to finally reach Liza and the girls. I quickly let go of Harry's hand and ran over hugging Liza tightly.

"The sight of you and Harry together is enough to let me know, that next year is going to be the best year of our lives!" She exclaimed as she pulled away and I laughed.

"That's putting a lot on our relationship."

"If you two can handle the whole of the upper east side, I think you can take over the year." She smiled squeezing my arm, and I couldn't help as my eyes welled up some.

"Hey! No, none of that." She said, grabbing my face and I leaned my head back a bit to keep the tears from falling.

"I just love you!" I said up to the ceiling and she laughed.

"I love you too, Burkett. I'm happy you and Harry got your head out of your asses and realized, you work better together." She smiled big as I brought my gaze back to her.
