MONDAY

I could not get to Maman's quickly enough on Monday. I felt myself practically running to get there. I walked past the Kate Spade planners, seeing that there were only three of the purple ones left, but I took a deep breath quickly moving past them.

I got there before Harry and Chester brought us over our drinks.

"Sorry for my mom on Saturday." I told Chester.

"Girl, I don't even care. I already know how she moves." He smiled while adding two chocolate croissants in front of me.

"What's this?" I said, raising an eyebrow.

"We might add them to the menu, let me know what you think." He smiled walking away.

I sipped on my coffee and began planning out my week in my notebook. Shortly, Harry joined me, handing me a small brown paper bag wrapped package.

"What's this?" I said taking it from him.

"I bought it for my sister, but she didn't end up liking it or something. So I figured you would have a better use for it than she did."

I titled my head at him, opening it slowly, pulling out the purple Kate Spade planner. I ran my fingers on the cover looking up at him, "Harry, I can't take this. It's expensive."

"It wasn't that expensive and like I said, my sister didn't want it, and I have no use for it, I already have my own. Plus purple isn't my color."

I smiled softly, biting my lip, "Thank you Harry."

He nodded and pulled out his notebook and laptop.

I closed my laptop and began copying what I had in my notebook onto my new planner.

I felt Harry's gaze on me and looked up to see him smiling, then quickly looking down at his laptop, so I looked back down as well.

As most mornings, we sat in silence the rest of the time until it was time for me to leave.

"Did you want to take your croissant? It was really good." He said, I hadn't even noticed when he ate his.

"Umm, yeah, why not." I grabbed a napkin and wrapped it around the croissant.

"I'll see you tomorrow, Lacey."

"Bye Harry." We smiled at each other and I walked away, glancing over my shoulder at him one last time, my new planner against my chest.

TUESDAY

Harry and I got to the entrance at the same time and walked in together, "So is this chai you get sweet?" He asked as we walked towards the table.

"Umm, kinda, other places make it sweeter, it's kinda savory here. Also their lavender honey lattes are so delicious. Actually, I think I want that today."

We sat down and I looked around waving down Chester. He walked over and kissed the top of my head, "Yes madam."

I laughed, "Can I get the lavender honey today please?"

"And can I get what she normally gets?" Harry added.

Chester nodded and walked away.

"So how was your weekend? I forgot to ask yesterday." I smiled at him as I logged into my laptop.

"Fine, normal Saturday family dinner, and homework. Yours?"

"Same, dreadful family dinner and homework."

"Is your family really that bad?"

I took a deep breath, "Umm, just your typical upper east side family that thinks everyone is beneath them." I pressed my lips together into a smile, raising both my eyebrows.
