First-person point of view

-

It's been minutes since we were walking our way to Monstadt, that bard. Had a lot to say for me. His voice was very annoying, he acted like we were actual friends. Although he did not introduce himself to me. I sighed mentally and crossed my arms on my chest as I walked on the pathway.

It was dark, but the bard led me to a safe place where no hilichurls were there, unlike my other journey. Where there were too many hilichurls and some weak slimes. The place where that bard led me was quite calming and had a comforting atmosphere. Could just fall asleep on one of the trees that are next to me, but young Bard kept on talking. I felt so annoyed, that I furrowed my brows as I tried to ignore his talking-

"-And, boom! That red small girl was a bomb expert, she was also fun to hang out with." He exclaimed with glistening eyes, the bard's face had a huge smile- wait, small girl?

"A red small girl?" That seems familiar, yet I can't remember, again! My frowning face turned into disappointment, sighing that I hated how short my memory was. "Yeah, a small girl.. a- and, why is your expression like that? Is your grumpy self back!?" The bard angrily yelled as he pouted. Well, I wasn't but now I am grumpy because of his embarrassing expressions.

"How many times do I have to tell you this, stop pouting. You look.. silly." I replied with a sharp tone, looking away from him as I closed my eyes. "Huh? Silly? Ahah- Ahahahaha!" He laughed, now I'm confused. I, then turn my head to him as he laughs out of the abyss. Why is he laughing, did I say something nonsense?

"What are you laughing at." I glare at him, as my eyes darken. He continued laughing, his breath was almost out that he couldn't talk at all. The things I only heard were him trying to say proper words.

I didn't find it funny, it was annoying. I rolled my eyes and scoffed. His laugh was like endless giggles and heavy breathing. "Stop laughing, what are you finding funny?" Well that made him quiet, the bard inhaled for air and turned back to himself again.

"A- ahem.. sorry for laughing, uh.. you have a unique way to choose your words!" He awkwardly said with a nervous smile. I raised a brow and lightly chuckled. "What? My words aren't what you want? So, you want me to say disgusting instead of silly?" I replied, with a teasing tone in my voice. The bard's jaw dropped, and he felt offended. He gave me a frown and crossed his arms angrily.

"Oh, how rude! I'll prefer silly, then." He said back to me, feeling offended. Just a few moments, the bard raised a brow and smirked. "Hm, if you won't stop treating me badly, I'll leave you on your own! Good luck finding monstadt~" He teasingly said and giggled. I widened my eyes, as I was taken aback by his words. ".. H- hey! Don't leave me, I- I apologize for my actions. Okay?" I grab his wrist with a tight grip, a slight pleading look in my eyes.

The bard froze in his place as he stared at me with his aqua-green eyes. He gave me a slight smile and giggle, while my arm was holding his wrist tightly.
"Ah- ah, seems like you need me to guide you all the way, to monstadt?" He confidently said with that smug look on his face. "Whatever, just... don't leave me here lost in this extremely dark place." I break the eye contact, sighing in relief he didn't leave me. "Yet, still mean to me. Ahah, I wouldn't leave the beautiful woman lost in the woods, after all. I'm a gentleman, hehe." He closed his eyes and gave off a smirk.

I roll my eyes, whilst he confidently replies to me. Luckily, the bard didn't notice you rolling your eyes at him and did not leave you this time. The bard looked at you and smiled, "Let's go shall we?" He asked as he tugged my hand that was still holding his wrist.

Wait, I'm still holding his wrist-!

I immediately let go of him as I violently shook my hand with widened eyes. The bard tilted his head in confusion and realized that you'd been holding him for a while, smiling like an idiot. "Please, shut it," I replied, glaring at his stupid face, especially the idiotic smile on his face.
