"I need to know more about my past, please let me come with you...!" I yelled at the traveler, who seemed to be frightened at the sudden yell from me. The pixie who was next to him felt overwhelmed as well, she could not say anything about my demand and the traveler.. stayed oddly silent the whole time.

"Please, just take me with you.." I began to plead for his answer, but still. He stayed silent, till the pixie cleared her throat before speaking in a slight firm voice, yet was comforting.

"We would love to have you as our other companion, but we arent sure if Venti minds.." She stated, what does she mean if Venti minds? No, he would love to see me finally explore—

A huge gasp escape from her lips, her eyes widen in shock, but why be shock?

"P–paimon means! Uhh... ehm, Paimon meant.. that– that.." She stopped and place her hand on her forehead in nervousness, what is wrong with her?

"Your condition! I.. mean like, you just woke up feeling numb on your legs, I– I dont think you could travel with us in this.. condition!" She nervously said, she kept on stammering. Her eyes were readable, nervousness filled her eyes.

Hm, what's up with mentioning Venti? Did she slip out a secret that Venti told them? No, he wouldnt keep any secret to me. Well, if he does, that's fine.

"Well, yes. Paimon is right, but.." Traveler spoke out. Breaking the silence in the air.

"You need to rest till 2 weeks, then you can come with us." He looked at me with concerned eyes, a slight frown on his face and tired eyes. I shouldn't yelled at him a while ago, hah. My fault. I looked away from him before I slowly nodded in defeat.

"Y– your right, let's meet here after 2 weeks.." I spoke with a soft and defeated tone in my voice. The traveler nodded and a small smile stretches on his mouth. The pixie as well smiled brightly and sighed in relief.

"Alright, that's all settled, see you in 2 weeks Y/n! Just stay on your bed, rest!" Paimon exclaimed with a playful scolding tone in her voice, I chuckled lightly as they walked out with bright shining smile on their faces.

Sighing in disbelief as my smile slowly faded when they finally left my room.

Why can't I come?

I dont need to rest, I'm fine.

What do they mean that if Venti minds?

Is he restricting me from finding out my past?

No he wouldn't, he sure would be proud of me for trying to find out my past.

But then, I always think that my past memories are forbidden to know. But why would it be?

Traveler POV:

The both of us walk silently, walking on the hard cement on the ground as Paimon stayed silent as well. I could feel the intense at the atmosphere, I should do something to break this intense silence between us–

"–Paimon." I spoke out of the abyss, the poor mascot jumped suddenly in shock, her eyes widen and quickly looked at me with slight frustration in her eyes.

"What!" She exclaimed and place her hands on her hips angrily, well. In a playful way, I gave her a small smile before speaking once again.

"...How are we going to do this? About.. Y/n traveling with us, will Venti approve? I mean— he seems like he is inlove with her and doesnt want her to be far away from him– or perhaps.. I dunno, what do you think paimon?"
