This will be a weight-loss kind of diary thing. I think that having somewhere to report what I eat everyday and the exercise I do will help me keep up with it :).
Anyways you can read this to get inspired, if you're bored or if u have any advice u can write it in the comments if you want.
Btw I will mention that I don't have a good relationship with food, I have binged and starved myself before, so maybe there will be times where I will mention or say triggering things. So don't read this if you think it can trigger you .
Anyways that's it loves xx 🥱🥱 .Day 1 (21 March 2023):
So I actually didn't weight myself when I woke up lol I forgor💀 but I did it yesterday night. I weighed 52,6kg 😬 fyi I'm almost 15 so not very good. My goal is to reach 47 kg :D which is a good amount of weight to lose. I looked up in the bmi and it seems like a good weight (37th percentile).
Today I woke up around 10:47 am
I drank a glass of water, a cup of tea and two toasts which had guacamole my dad made yesterday (mashed avocado and lemon) and then sliced cheese (tetilla to be specific). It was yummy but I do feel a little gross for eating two toasts. One would be perfectly fine. But eating too much for breakfast isn't my main concern, since I'll end up burning in thorough the day. For me it's important to eat very light during dinner. Which Is why I want to try and eat soups for dinner (I'm aware that this won't be everyday, esp since my parents are against me dieting because I'm still young and whatever. But yh.
Right now it's 11:30 am so I'm gonna go do something, I'll keep you updatedIt's 1pm I burned 444,5 calories (wanted to do 444,4 :c) i think that should be enough to burn the calories from breakfast. I'm drinking a cup of water right now. My head hurts a lot 😭 Ueueue
14:44 finished eating a while ago shmmmm so I ate a little cucumber, and then I ate rice with pieces of pork and a fried egg on top. I put soy, worcersretcshire sauce. And put some omega 3 seeds i don't remember the name. I ate that and 4 pieces of surimi to balance the hot/cold yk. Then I ate a couple of mikados that i opened like days ago and finally finished. Now lordy lord I am. DRAINED. So now I'll rest meds are affecting me lol mimimimimi zzzz
