I have been working out don't worry loves 😘🤪😍 I'm on my period rn tho so I haven't done it for 2 days. But!! the only thing I'm eating is like a little ice cream and a bit of actual food. So yeh. Today my cramps were better so my appetite was more normal, but I'm trying to eat as little as when it hurt cus idk 🤷♀️
Anyways last time I weighed myself I was like 50,9 kg. That was a couple of days ago. I'll weight myself again when my period is done and when I remember Ofc lolololBtw I made money from commissions 🤑 booyah anyways now it's 1:58 am . It's so hot and my stomach hurts and my back. And my legs. And my badussy.

Breakfast: meds and oiter 🌊💦💧
Lunch: piece of salmon and salad. Ate som ice cream because it's the only thing that helps my cramps
Goûter(the French iconic snack) : my mum made me a fruit salad (melon, paraguayo and blueberry) and on another bowl put a variety of nuts because she told me they help with Anxiety, memory, and concentration so noice . But I couldn't finish either lol although it was very yummy delicious
Dinner: quinoa with chicken. Again ate icecreim yumeeOke stay tuned for next episode coming the next century
