Alisha was back in my life. My life was going great. I had started planning for my life and so had she. Alisha was about to complete her masters and I was on my way to making my own first film. We used to meet every day and used to spend some quality time together. In the past few days, we had
discovered a lot of hidden treasures in the city. Life became more meaningful for us and the insecurities were given no space in life.

Alisha was still staying at her college hostel and I was staying at my apartment. It took me two whole hours to reach her hostel. My night shoot had started and this marked the initiation of difficulty in meeting her. A week had passed away, and we hadn't seen each other's faces. We could only talk on the phone. I didn't want our relationship to go the way it was now.

Eventually, on the weekend, we got a chance to meet. We had planned for a movie-dinner date. As discussed, I reached her hostel at 7 in the evening. I was waiting outside her hostel while she was sitting in her room. She was taking much time so I called her. She didn't pick up. I called a friend of hers in the hostel. She said that Alisha was already dressed up and was simply sitting on the bed rather coming down. I told that girl to give her phone to Alisha. She gave her phone to Alisha. Alisha asked, "Who is on the line?"
She said, "Your boyfriend."
"I don't wanna talk to him," Alisha said and hung up the call.

I kept on waiting downstairs. I asked the watchman to allow me to go in, but he clearly refused as it was a girls' hostel. I kept on calling her, but I was not getting any message from the other end. Eventually, I had no way left other than going to her room and bringing her out in my arms. I took a step forward and tried to barge into the hostel but the security guard stopped me again. With immense anger filled in my eyes, I said, "I don't know why is my girlfriend not talking to me. I am really very frustrated right now. And in such an ass-fucked situation if you try to stop me, even I don't know what will I be doing to you?" The watchman stepped back and allowed me to enter the hostel. I searched for Alisha's room, in the course of which I faced a lot of embarrassment in the girls' hostel. Eventually, I found the girl, who I had called an hour ago. She took me to Alisha's room.

I saw Alisha was lying on her bed. She was well dressed to go out with me but something happened to her at the last moment and she was in a phase. She was a victim of mood swing. I went and taciturnly sat beside her. I kept my hand on that of hers. She slowly pulled off. She was trying to hide her face. At that moment she really looked like a super cute puppy. All my frustration had gone to hell by this time. She was looking so cute that nobody could even think of being angry at her that time. Her cute face bought me a grin on my lips. I again kept my hand on that of her and she tried to do the same again. But this time I held it tightly. Even after trying a lot, when she couldn't get her hand back, she kicked me and pulled off her hand saying,
"Just go away, I don't want to talk to you."

I was glad, at least she spoke to me. I asked, "What happened babes?"
"Don't call me that. Alisha is my name," she said annoyingly.
She was still lying on the bed and had turned her face to the other side.

Instead of being annoyed at her activities I was kind of loving it. This is what love is. This is how it increases manifolds. These were the thing that made our relationship stronger than the strongest. While she had turned her head to the other side, I too crossed her on the bed and lied on the bed beside her. I held her chin and raised her head up making her look into my eyes. Her eyes were humid and full of grief. The grief wasn't for something else, it was for the relationship. I asked, "Is everything fine?"

"How could it be?" She promptly replied in an annoyed voice.
"Relax...." I said.

She started crying. I tried to console her but she was not in a mood to listen to anything. I didn't know she had this kind of a face either. I had always seen her in a 'Jhansi ki Rani' or 'Rani Chennamma' avatar, but this time she was a cute little baby, who was crying for no reason. I embraced her and wiping her tears, in a very sweet, lovely and consoling voice asked, "Tell me. Tell me what happened?"
