Dixie's POV
As I walk through the school building doors, Swarms of students rush past me.

It suddenly got warm, and I felt like I was having heat flashes.

"So, on your schedule, does it say what locker number you have?" Cam asked.

I ripped my bag off my back to reach in and grab my new schedule. I stared at it for a minute.

"Umm, I think number 743." I retorted.

"I think your locker is in the same hallway as mine." He said with a grin.

I shot a smirk his way and followed him as he lead me to both our destination.

"739......... 740........... 741........... 742........... 743. Here we are. Locker 743." Cam said.

"Thanks, Cam." I spoke as I thought about how greatfull that I really was.

Cam waited till I was done figuring out the combination, then led me straight to his locker. He grabbed a few text books, then carefully shut the locker.

"So, Bio first, right?" Cam asked.

I kept walking through the hallway, and all the kids seemed to make my mind go befuddled.

"Dix? You okay?" Cam asked concerned.

"Yeah, I'm fine, just a little hungry I guess." I lied.

I felt sick, almost clasterphobic, but I put on my happy face and Cam led me to the cafeteria.

A lady with a big mole, and gray hair asked for my last name.

"Imfeld." I softly said.

"Dixie?" She asked.

I nodded and grabbed 2 pop tarts.

As me and Cam went to the table to sit and eat breakfast, his friends came to greet us.

"Hey bro." A tallish guy with blonde shaggy hair said. He was kind of cute actually!

"Hey dude, what's going on?" Cam had replied.

"Nothin much, who is your friend?" He asked.

"Oh, this is Dixie. Dixie Imfeld. She just moved in a few houses down from mine from Nashville." Cam told them.

"Well hello, little lady. I'm Mitch." He says as he reaches for my hand to shake it.

"This here is Kellan(a boy with dark hair , glasses, and a slim figure) and this is Hunter(Black hair, blue eyes, and toned).

I gave them a shy smile and felt myself blush a bit. "Nice to meet you guy's."

I sat there for a few moments, hearing the boys talk, but not actually listening. I could feel my stomach churning, and that's what I was mainly focused on.

Then it hit me. I jumped up and ran as fast as possible to the nearest restroom.

As soon as I ran in, I seen girls shoot me dirty looks, but I didn't care at the moment. I ran in a stall without shutting the door, mindless of what others thought or even saw.
