His name is Monroe, he's a Hydro user and he's from Mondstadt! He is a very chill guy and people think he doesn't care about anything or anyone, not even himself, while he's just bad at showing it. He's a calm yet cocky guy who gets a good come back at everything anyone says. He loves getting into peoples business and people hate him for that but they tolerate him. He is a fan of Mondstadt hash browns and his weapon is the sword! So Monroe is a very loveable dork but it's hard to be around him because he never know when it's enough. He takes things way too far and doesn't understand when a person is hurt or when it's time to stop. That's why he sees himself as a bad person even tho he acts like he's full of himself. He just tries his best but he has a lot to learn when it comes to relationships/friendships. One of his jobs specifically put such a heavy burden on him. He did something that could never be forgiven so he looked for Spiral and begged him to help him forget about everything he saw that night. Spiral used this opportunity to try one of his newest experiments on Monroe. The potion he was given worked a little too well and Monroe not only forgot this incident but he forgot everything. Every memory he had was gone. The sweet boy who once lived in Mondstadt was no more.
