Delilah's pov It was the next day and gave to admit, I was depressed. I mean I haven't seen Adam yet and I'm scared that he got hurt real bad. I start to think about the moment he crashed, I remembered that I told him in the locker room that I wouldn't let anyone hurt him. I started to cry thinking I just messed up and that what if he is hurt. It would be all my fault.
Soon after I fell asleep crying and a couple hours later I woke up to my mom shaking me. "Honey you friends are here to see you." I jumped up and ran downstairs to see all of my friends standing in the living room. I see a bright pair of ocean blue eyes staring and me. Adam. I ran up to him and hugged him so tight I don't think he could breath.
"I'm so sorry Adam I told I wouldn't let anyone hurt you this is all my fault." I said crying on his shoulder. He pulled away and looked and me and said, "hey hey it's ok, it's not your fault I'm okay." He assured me. I felt a wave of relief wash over me. I was still Hugging him but I eventually let go and we all went up to my room.
"So guys what do you want to do?" I asked. "Wanna play truth or dare??" Averman said. "Yeah!!" Everyone shouted. "Okay I'll go first, Guy truth or dare?" I asked. "Truth." He said. "Is it true that you have a crush on Connie?" I smirked. "Uh- y-yea I-I d-do." He confessed. "I like you too!" Connie said. "Well there's one couple!" I said. Everyone laughed. "Anyways Lilah, truth or dare??" Jesse asked me. "Dare." I said. Jesse smirked. "I dare you to kiss Adam on the cheek." I looked over at Adam and he was smirking at me pointing to his cheek. I laughed and got up and kissed his cheek.
My face way so red and I could tell his was too. We played a little more when my mom called us downstairs for dinner. My dad was working super later today so he probably won't be home till like 1. We got to the dining room table and see a bunch of pizza boxes. "Thanks mom." I said and so did everyone else. "No problem kids, if you guys need me I'll be in my office. "Ok" we said. We finished eating our pizza and everyone had to go.
I walked them out but they stopped and asked, " Hey Lilah, do you wanna come with us to the sports shop tomorrow, our friend Hans wants to meet you!" "Of course I'll come what time?" "We will pick you up at 12:00 bring rollerblades" Charlie said. "Ok guys see you tomorrow!" "Bye Delilah!" They screamed. I laughed and went outside. I can't wait to see Adam tomorrow, I think I am catching really hard feelings for him and I can't stop. I have never felt this way before, not even with my old crush from Tennessee. Marcus West, the cutest boy I have ever seen, Adam is not cute, HES FREAKING HOTTTT🥵🥵🥵. Even for a 12 year old boy.
I finish cleaning up the dining room and I look at my watch, 9:34. I go upstairs and my moms office and a couple doors away from my room so I pop in and tell her that s I am getting ready for bed. She says I love you and I say it too. I got to my room and picked out my pjs

I hop into bed and I put on my fav Disney movie sleeping beauty. I close my eyes and slowly drift into a deep sleep.
