All you want to do (poem)

Staying silent.
When all you want to do is be heard.
Hiding.
When all you want to do is be seen.
Crying.
When all you want to do is laugh.
Demons screaming.
When all you want to do is hear the whispering Angels.
Saying "I'm fine."
When all you want to say is "Help me."
You live a lie.
When all you want to do is be you.
Hiding your true self.
When you know it's unhealthy.
All you do is deny it,
All you do is cry,
And all you do is complain
But
What you should do is embrace it.
What you should do is fight,
And what you should do is take action.
But "should's" aren't good enough
In a world of "do's" and "dont's"
So get up,
Wipe your eyes,
And fight to the death.
