"Love never fails"
Is a very common saying
But it's a god damn lie
Because it's failing now
And even though i try to love you
It doesn't seem you love me back.
And if I'm ever going to move on,
Find someone new to try and love,
I need you to tell me the truth.
Do you love me?
Do you hate me?
Do you just want to be my bff again?
Because it tears me apart
Half the time I don't know if I should hug you or not touch you.
I don't know if leaning on your shoulder is okay.
Maybe you want me to stay away from you?
It makes me feel awkward
Stupid
Alone
Because i can't go near you
Without being afraid
That you might actually hate me
Or yell at me
Or worse,
You'll pretend you love me.
