Intro to the AU

This is an AU my sibling and I came up with cause we got mad that Security Breach had wasted potential.

This AU will not include:
Haunted animatronics, remnant, agony, animatronics turning into humans, humans turning into animatronics, mind controlling spirit viruses, animatronics made of trash, zombies, ghosts, a man who bears a suspicious resemblance to popular YouTuber MatPat getting pregnant with an animatronic, mind controlled killer rabbit ladies, Fazgoo, or literally half of the cannon outside of the names and designs of certain animatronics.
If you don’t like the lack of anything that was listed above, this book is probably not for you.

Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, a magical place where fantasy and fun come to life. Everyone in your town loved the place. It was co-owned by two people in the community: William Afton and Henry Emily. They were both well respected people in the community with Henry being praised for his engineering abilities and William being seen as a good business man and the model definition of the perfect nuclear family. Heck, the two even had free advertisement in the form of William's oldest son, Michael, who was the same age as you and went to your school. He was constantly raving about Freddy's and got many of your classmates to give the place a chance when it first opened. While Michael wasn't a model student by any stretch, he was popular amongst many circles. The fact that he was related to the owner of the beloved Freddy Fazbear's only made his popularity grow. The restaurant had been through a few changes from its humble beginnings as Fredbear's Family diner, a local pizzeria in Hurricane, Utah with its own cheese-y animatronics, pun completely intended. As it grew in popularity, however, the restaurant expanded and had started opening up new locations in different parts of Utah and even some neighboring states. It looked like things could only keep getting better for the new franchise.

However, not long after Freddy's was opened, kids began disappearing. The first of these disappearances, and the only one to be found in an in-tact state, was Henry's only child, Charlotte. She was found motionless and barely breathing outside of the restaurant a day after her disappearance with the restaurant's security robot covering her body. It was theorized that the robot had been trying to save her but short-circuited from the heavy rain the town had been experiencing over the past few days. She had been rushed to the hospital and for the next few months remained in a coma. More and more disappearances started happening after Charlotte was found, many of them in groups. Most of the kids had no connection to each other with the exception that their last known locations were at or close to Freddy's. While most of the town believed there to be a serial killer on the loose, many of the kids started to believe the excuse given by Michael that the robots were haunted. While most seemed to buy this theory, you personally always noticed how Michael felt uncomfortable saying it, like he was being forced to. Unfortunately, though, with the animatronics going on the fritz and no evidence that the missing children were abducted or killed, the town slowly descended into panic as people started believing the place to be haunted.

While Henry was working day and night to try and make his restaurant safe while trying not to crumple under the weight of his daughter being in a coma, it became public knowledge that William's wife had divorced him and lost the custody battle over their kids. She left town with no one being sure if she was actually alive anymore.

As the days went by, Fazbear's continued to be plagued by missing children's incidents. Henry had cut himself off from the community, William was giving rather vague and uninformative comments about the whole situation, countless employees were being questioned, and a mysterious gas leak in one of the multiple different attempts to reboot the restaurant had hospitalized William's only daughter, Elizabeth. Any time you saw Michael at school, he was either hanging out with the known bullies at school or alone in the halls looking ready to kill himself.
