Nijigaoka sat on a bench in the park humming.
Shoto teleported behind a bush, straightened his hoodie and walked towards his gf.
"Heyyyyy Nijigaoka." he said.
"Oh, it's you Shoto." she said smiling at him.
Shoto sat beside her. "So, how are you?"
"Been doing fine, hehe..."
He knew that she isn't feeling fine, something is worrying her judging by her expression.
"Hey.. Is there anything wrong?" Shoto asked.
"No..." she said.
"Come on, remember what we promised to one another? No secrets, right?"
Nijigaoka sighed.
"Shoto... To be honest with you... When I go around sometimes... I don't know what happens but I sometimes cause some kind of... Shockwave..."
"Oh... Now that's weird, no clues?"
She shook her head.
"One more thing...."
She grabbed out a knife in a scabbard from her bag. She unsheathed it, the knife's blade was yellow. There was a symbol of a lightning on the handle.
"It's a weird knife given to me by my grandpa on my 14th birthday... He said it will serve me well in the future but... I don't know how to use it, I accidentally cause it to send a shock to someone nearby sometimes."
Shoto sighed.
I can't let her know about powers being real, I don't want to get her involved with all the bad stuff that's happening. he thought.
Shoto just pulled her to a hug. Making her blush. "Just let your bf know if weird things happen, okay?" he said.
Nijigaoka sighed and just nodded.
